The reception is some 6 minutes away. Though this is stated I believe it should be emphasized on the site. Basically if the card to open main door does not work you have to find your way through narrow roads etc. by car it's difficult to get to reception. Arrived at hotel to find directions to sister hotel where we had to check in found sister hotel and instead of going straight back to our hotel and going out again for dinner, we ate on the way back which meant we didn't get to our room until 0030. We found the room had been left untouched/uncleaned after previous occupants left. Informed 24hr reception […] situated nearby at sister hotel who arranged for us to sleep in another room for the night. We had to vacate this room by 10am for new occupants to check in. We were told that our original room would be cleaned and ready for us by 1400. Frankly I think our room should have been cleaned first thing however it was not seen to until at least midday.we were able to leave our bags in our original room and head out for the day. Although the issue was dealt with I didn't feel it was dealt with as quickly as it could have been. We were also informed by a party of seven that each checked in to their own rooms to find them already occupied. Once settled in we were provided with fresh towels everyday and new shower gel etc. we had a massive bath in the bedroom and a shower ensuite. Bed was huge and comfortable. Air con worked. View from room looks out on to rubble car park. No tea coffee making facilities or water bottles or hair dryer. Close to old town. Five min walk to lovely central market. Closest tube station to hotel is xativier on metro line 5 which goes to airport and straight through to marina where beach is lovely. Read more

Déçus car pas de service de petit déjeuner et surtout point très très négatif : pas de réception sur place !!!! porte condamnée par un code... de quoi être déstabilisés quand on arrive de manière tardive... et surtout ne pas garer sa voiture dans la ruelle de l'hôtel.

La cosa più riprovevole è che non esiste una reception nell'hotel quindi trovo del tutto scomodo avere come riferimento una reception a 400 mt (10 minuti a piedi) dall'hotel stesso. L' albergo non è distante dalla Plaza de Ayuntamiento. La reception pur non essendo in albergo è comoda da raggiungere a piedi. Le camere sono confortevoli e io l' ho trovato pulito, secondo il mio punto di vista il prezzo è buono ed è rapportato alla qualità.

Pasamos una agradable noche, pero nos faltaron toallas, sábanas y bañera. en la foto que vimos de la habitación había balcón y bañera, cosas que no estaban presentes en nuestra habitación. por lo demás muy bien.

Une personne à l'accueil qui m'annonce que je dois aller chercher la clé à un autre endroit (pas facile à trouver même avec un plan - environ 30' de recherche). Il s'agit de la centrale de réservation, donc attente car 6 personnes avant moi, retour à l'hôtel. La chambre était très design mais pas […] du tout fonctionnelle et certainement pas aux normes hôtelières (du moins les françaises). Adressen på bookingen passede ikke med den faktiske og man skulle tjekke ind en andet sted i byen...Super dårligt efter vi havde kørt rundt med med taxa som ikke kunne finde adressen. Endelig finder han hotellet og vi finder ud af at adressen vi har opgivet ikke passer med hotellet. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per visitare la città e permette di raggiungere la metro in 10 minuti. Lo stabile è ristrutturato da poco e ha ottime potenzialità ma manca ancora di comfort (mancano piani di appoggio nelle camere, minibar ecc.). Se cercate privacy forse non fa proprio al caso vostro in quanto i muri sono sottili e qualsiasi […] rumore proveniente dalle camere vicine è perfettamente percettibile. Al nostro arrivo la camera non era del tutto pulita (per fortuna dopo la situazione è migliorata)..soprattutto il bagno (qui la situazione non è migliorata!) e abbiamo dovuto convivere una settimana con la doccia intasata e l'allagamento costante del pavimento. Lo consiglio a chi non ha grandi pretese ed è più interessato a risparmiare mantenendo comunque una posizione centralissima. Il letto è comodo, c'è l'ascensore e il wi-fi gratuito. Det var nesten helt umulig å finne frem til hotellet. Når vi endelig fant frem etter å ha gått i ring i evigheter står det på døren at vi må gå til hovedresepsjonen som er 8 min gange en annen vei. Dette føler jeg ikke var opplyst om på nettsiden. Hotellbetjeningen var heller ingenting å skryte av.

super leuk hotel , mooi, eigen stijl, pal in het centrum van Valencia, zeer rustig gelegen in straat die dood loopt, wel geen ontbijt en geen receptie dus rekening houden dat je de kamersleutel moet halen een paar straten verder dus als je met taxi komt eerst langs adres laten voeren om de sleutel en dan verder naar hotel laten brengen. wat ik persoonlijk […] zou laten veranderen moest het mijn hotel zijn is de verlichting als je de kamer binnenkomt in de door loopgang, het licht gaat uit als je de deur sluit en verder binnen wilt gaan in de kamer, dus als het donker is, is het op de tast of deur openlaten. we hadden een kamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw, aan de enige raam in de kamer zelf was aan de binnenkant een spiegel geplaatst voor de lavabo, leuk idee maar daardoor had je geen daglicht binnen dus raam open zetten wil je daglicht of is buiten kijken, persoonlijk had ik het bovenste raampje in gewoon glas gehouden. maar dit alles houd me niet tegen om terug te gaan, niet duur en ideaal hotel voor een city trip naar Valencia Read more
