Very busy hotel,excellent service given by very friendly staff. Good choice of food menu all reasonably priced. Only thing to be aware of need to be able to climb stairs especially if situated on 2nd floor.

Perfect location. Everything is very walkable - 10 mins from Lime St train station (trains from London). 10 mins walk from Albert Dock, 1 min walk to Cavern Club. Hotel were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a room rather than a dorm. It had it's own bathroom, t.v. and kettle and the bed was clean and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen is... available for use. A bit noisy but what you'd expect at this type of accommodation. Altogether I was very happy with my stay by Ostarali from Devon on 05/06/13
