We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, beds are comfortable and our overall experience is good.

The hotel was okay for the price. It's way too far from town and there are no restaurants nearby. It's 10 miles from the Naval Air Base which is another 3 miles from town. We requested two adjoining rooms because we were traveling with our four children. The hotel made sure we got our rooms. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Freindly Staff, Clean Rooms, New Property, but I warn you to proceed with caution when dealing with this location. They can not seem to get their booking straight. This caused me to sleep in my car in the parking lot one night. They confirmed my reservation, checked me in, then after the third day, asked me to check-out because they over booked. Siad […] they would try and find something else for me but never did. Also they dont put out the full Breakfast every morning to save money, they make you ask wheres the breakfast, then say "Oh are you hungry?" I will never step foot into this location ever again! Very happy with the hotel it was modern , clean & comfortable ,we all enjoyed our stay . The only down side was the distance from New Orleans ( a good 20 to 30 minute drive to the French Quarter ) Was a little nervous of the area adjacent to the property but we had no issues . I would happily recommend a stay here , definitely value for money .

This is a brand new hotel. Everything is new and clean. The AC/heating unit worked flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast included waffles, scrambled and boiled eggs and either bacon or sausage depending upon the day. The only negative about the place is the fact that it is located in Belle Chasse, LA which is @ 20 miles south of New Orleans. I booked […] a cruise out of New Orleans and when I tried to book a hotel room for a few days at the end of the cruise, I found out that it was Mardi Gras week. Overall the place was nice, quiet, and clean most importantly. The location was a bit off and the area was near a swamp which made the rooms have an unpleasant smell in the morning. But overall it is a nice place but it is not close to bourbon street.

2nd visit started off rocky. Got sent to a room where the bed was unmade and messy. The staff was very apologetic and they changed me to a different room. That room was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly but some can use a bit more professionalism and be a bit more attentive.
