Nice B&B
It was a bit of problem to locate the hotel. I put the postcode which took us to a completely remote location. Once we found it, we were very pleased with the room space and cleanliness. Room was not so quite because you could hear people in the neighbouring room and there was some road noise as well. But all in all, it was a nice B&B located at a very good location and the room cleanliness.

Listing for this place was not at all accurate.
We are both mobility impaired and were looking for a reasonable stop-over on our journey to Fort William and this was ideally positioned for that and had this ground floor room available for the required date. It was a nice place with a power shower. No bath but when late booking beggers can't afford to be too choosy so booked it. I was disappointed to learn on arrival that the booking did not include breakfast but their was not and is not (checked again) anything on the booking site that said this and because the description describes this place as a bed and breakfast establishment, one would expect that the prices were for that. The £5 quoted extra for breakfast is a bit steep if only having porridge and toast! Although OK for a full Scottish subject to quality of course. Second issue as mentioned to the owners was regarding the shower which would benefit in having a grab rail and a stool for those not steady on their feet. The chair provided would benefit from a cushion for your back and we could not find any extra pillows and the owner could not be found to ask, even by ringing bell in lounge/breakfast room - kitchen door. I had mentioned to settle then too to save time in morning so could not do that either. Lastly the TV is very small, I doubt it is even 12" but fortunately I had my laptop - oh no, WiFi was breaking up and slow too (maybe area). If I wanted a longer stay it would have to be elsewhere but was OK for a one nighter.

The Traditional Scottish B&B
This family run b&b is located on the main road through Roybridge and was easy to find. I stayed for 3 nights and was able to easily Park in their off street parking area each night. I stayed in a single room and never had any problems going to sleep in their comfortable beds. The property is fitted with double glazing, which kept all but the noisiest vehicle sounds at bay. You can eat across the road at the local pub or further down the road, however I only tried the pub due to my schedule. Breakfast could not be faulted, you are made to feel very welcome. The family are lovely and it was a great location for me, being only 10 minute drive from Ben Nevis North Face car-park. The property is nicely decorated and have great local landscape photographs. There are local sights in close proximity such as the jurassic beaches, the saddlers war memorial and is not far from the edge of the cairngorm national park. I certainly am looking forward to my next Scottish trip and future stays at homagen b&b.
