I just got back from a trip to Scotland, and I found the perfect place to stay. If you're thinking of climbing Ben Nevis, this B&B is only ten minutes... away. We had wanted to climb the UK's highest mountain, so we booked three nights at this B&B; that way, we had three shots at good weather along with a central location for touring the Highlands on the other two days (Inverness, Skye, etc.). This B&B, Homagen, was PERFECT! The owners Christine and David are really nice, friendly people who just this past year completely remodeled their rooms with new beds, bathrooms, showers, walls(!), everything. Meanwhile, the cost to stay here was extremely reasonable, and unusual for a place that had just been all renewed. The hot morning breakfast was also very good. Ben Nevis and Fort William are only ten minutes away for a good variety of restaurants for lunch/dinner. Homagen is conveniently located right on the road entering Roybridge from Spean Bridge, and is very quiet and secure with free off-street parking.
