Hotel on outskirts of downtown. Our room was very warm. Had to use the fan and leave door open to cool room. Room seemed very tiny but necessary items all there except suitcase rack. Wallpaper peeling some. Breakfast was delicious! That is why the 4. Long walk to staton, also to Leura. Use your car.

Fantastic personable service. Very comfy beds and warm room. Perfect location for sightseeing yet still a walk to town for dinner. Gas heated amazingly... awesome shower. Best I have ever had out of home. Really cannot fault them at all, especially for the price. Just make sure you book ahead. We stayed on a Monday night in April (not Easter) and the place was booked out. by nextisali from Sydney on 04/29/13

The location of the motel is excellent. The family room we occupied was clean - although a little retro. The small kitchen area could have benefited from some plates/cutlery. However, the motel was very expensive when contrasted with what would be available for this cost in Europe or North America.

What a great motel! We stayed here for one night, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was lovely and clean. The location was just perfect! Less than a five minute walk from echo point and on the pickup route for the Trolley Tours bus around Katoomba and Leura. If I go to Katoomba again I will definately be staying here!
