During my stay (08 nites) was disappointed that the management didn't assert the authority over the " unbearable loud noises and screams eg during check- in... in the night and checkout in the morning also gathering in one of the room to 0200hr / 0300hr " created by different students groups from PRC. For info: groups only stayed one / two nites. Brought […] to the attention of the duty personnel ( he did his best ) but to no avail...For personal safety its quite uncomfortable to see "SIGNS...BEWARE OF SNATCH THIEF" outside the hotel and along a short stretch (Soi 13) if you wished to walk out to the main road. .Lack of basic housekeeping such as cleanliness of room and shower area. Unser Zimmer war modern und ausreichend sauber. Andere Gäste haben sich jedoch während unseres Aufenthalts über ihre Zimmer beschwert. Evtl hatten wir also Glück. This Hotel was a bit hard to find, even for our taxidriver, he had to call the hotel for directions. The location was pretty central about a 10-15 min walk to nearest skytrain station. The hotel staff did not speak very good english and didn't know much about the nearby tourist attractions. The room was pretty small, clean, with a very comfortable bed. […] Beware, the floor in the shower is slippery. There is a nice roof terrace with a pool but right next to it there is a concrete building site. The breakfast is bad, there was only white bread, some fruit, thai food and bad coffee. I would recommend you eat breakfast elsewhere. 20 mins to bts. Although hv tuk-tuk, but it can only drop u off at 7-11. When I called them to pick me back to hotel, wait for 20 mins but no one came. Staff are not helpful. Condition around hotel not good, females better take taxi if back in night time.

飯店位在很小的巷道內，距離捷運站有一小段距離，走路大約十來分鐘，飯店有提供嘟嘟車接送，只要付個20元小費即可，飯店所有人員服務態度都很親切，唯獨缺點是飯店在小巷內，對面剛好是所中學，所以有早上時有一點點吵。房間還滿大間的，床也很舒服。飯店附近小巷道多，感覺有點覆雜，但整體來說算是滿不錯的。很值得下次前往曼谷時，再度入住。

Vi är två tjejer som har bott på hotellet. Vi är supernöjda med läget då hotellet ligger 10 min från skytrain som tar en direkt till centrum, supersmidigt. Dock behöver man gå genom en sjaskigare gata för at komma dit, men hotellet erbjuder gratis tuk tuk (moppetaxi) till stora vägen, så man slipper ta småvägarna dit. Det är bra. I stayed 3 night in H-residence with my friend. It is very confortable to stay there with clean room condition and facility. Especially thanks to staffs, everyone very helpful and kind. For the location actually quite away from BTS but they have shuttle tuktuk not to worry about that. I will definitely stay again when i visit Bangkok.

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 days. I was satisfied with price. But, there services are lack of some small cares. For example, I turn on "make up room" light when I went out. When I came back, they didn't clean up my room. It seems that it was because that I went out so late(About 2 PM)...For this reason, I didn't receive 2 free bottles of water on […] 2nd day. Hôtel en construction avec ces quelques inconvénients mais dans l'ensemble le service était agréable! Il est également pas très bien situé (assez loin du métro) mais tuk tuk à disposition.

エクスペディアの情報のみで予約。まずエクスペディアでは地図上のホテルの位置が間違っていた。ホテルのHPがあるので、そちらを参照すれば大丈夫。場所は多少分かりにくいが、地図参照して、タクシーの運転手と相談しながらなんとか到着。スワンナプーム空港から普通のメータータクシーでチップを入れても（荷物が重かったので）400バーツ以内（高速代70バーツ、手数料50バーツ、運賃230バーツくらい）で行けます。ホテルのスタッフは英語が話せますし、みなさん親切に対応してくれました。チェックアウトの日も荷物を預けたり、最寄り駅までの送迎もしてくれます（最寄り駅のスラサックは荷物がある状態で歩くと少し遠いと思います）。部屋はキレイです。Wifiは入りやすいところと、そうでないところがあるようで、ロビ […] ーが一番快適にwifiが使えました。工事中だったという方もいらっしゃるようですが、おそらく今は終わっており、夜も静かでした。中級クラスのホテルにしては十分だと思います。 Read more

Für den preis und lage gut, jedoch gab es ein problem mit der abwasserleitung, sprich es stank im wc wie bei einer kläranlage

今回、バッポンに遊びに行く予定で予約。バンコク到着日、夜23時位に最寄駅に着いたが、ホテルに向かうまで歩くこと約25分。とにかく歩く。しかも時間が遅かったことと、場所が外れたとこにあったので、大の大人でもかなりびびりながらホテルまで歩きました。
