Hampton Inn and Suites New Hartford/Utica - Clinton

Have stayed here three times and its very clean, convenient to local business district, but isolated enough to be very quiet. I even saw deer in the field across the street.

The check in was great, the front desk woman was on the ball and the room was great. However a bad breakfast experience spoiled it for me. Put this hotel at the top of your list for accommodations in the Clinton, NY area. Very attractive, new hotel with welcoming staff, lovely indoor pool, patio and gym. The cookie and chocolate trays in the lobby are a welcoming touch.

Nice facilities in good condition. Pool was popular. Free breakfast. Midnight was somewhat noisy due to our neighbors above us. A good choice in comparison with the other nearby hotels, but for the money I was expecting somewhat better.

The room (standard king) was spacious, plenty of room for luggage. We also had a fridge and microwave - very handy! The complimentary breakfast was better than most hotels.

We stayed in a suite, very nice with sofa, microwave, fridge. The free breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the location may be difficult to find with your GPS until the maps are updated it is well worth the effort. The rooms are a good size and new. The location is quiet, but only minutes away from anything you'd need for your stay for food / entertainment. One stay and I'm loyal to this hotel for all of my future trips to the area.

Incredibly clean and convenient (have a student nearby). I stay in hotels at least 4 times a month and this was a refreshing surprise. Great fitness room, inviting lobby and sitting areas. Very clean sleeping room. Front desk staff very friendly. I will attempt to book this hotel in the future!

We were coming up to the area for a funeral. We were looking for a "decent" hotel, as we had 3 kids with us and we were traveling over 4 hours to get there. To our pleasant surprise, this hotel was awesome! We knew it was brand new, but even with that said, the attention to detail was impressive. We were able to get an early check in and freshen up […] before heading to the funeral. The lobby was beautifully decorated-and was super cozy! The staff was friendly. The room was clean, the free wi-fi was a huge PLUS! We've stayed in much more expensive hotels where wi-fi was not included. The beds were very comfortable as well. They even had an alarm clock that had nature sounds on it! We loved it!!! My kids forgot their toothbrushes-but the hotel was happy to give us replacements. When we asked for directions to the Syracuse Zoo, they happily printed out directions for us! The continental breakfast was great! There was plenty to eat (make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, premade omelets, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, fruit, bagels, pastries, etc.) And there was always staff present cleaning up and replenishing supplies. Leaving the hotel, they had "goody bags" filled with a water bottle, a granola bar, an apple, a muffin and mints. All complementary! It's all so appreciated when we had a 4 hour drive ahead of us!! This was a great hotel and I would HIGHLY recommend it!!! Read more

Perfect in every way. Dropping off our daughter at Hamilton College. The room was huge, lots of room for the four of us, my son included. QUIET!! Never heard anyone outside or next door so it was private and the beds soft and comfy. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!! Wonderful breakfast with beautiful dining area.
