Aston Makassar Hotel & Convention Center - Makassar

This is my first time stay at Aston Makassar. I'd read some review and decided to give it a try, on my transit from Denpasar to Sorong (about 12 hours). I reserved online with specific request (early check in, airport transfer), however all of my request was not granted and there was no confirmation from the hotel. I tried their spa service for a traditional […] massage. The massage was good but the therapist can do better with more proper training. Room is great and very comfortable, food is also good, the location is perfect (near Losari Beach and big malls, two malls are in walking distances). the online price and the quality of the room is perfect. I put a complaint over noise and room key, the lady who received my complaint did not apologize and only giggle. The hotel is in a good location, its nice and new and the rooms (standard) are quite spacious and modern. The first time we stayed it was superb. We came back again, but this time around the room was not keep as clean with stains and hair in the shower being overlooked !!. We brought this too their attention.
