Conveniently near the airport in the heart of Fortaleza, Atlantic Ocean Residence is close to Iracema Beach, Dragao do Mar Art and Culture Center, and INACE Shipyard. Also nearby are Ponte dos Ingleses and Maracatu Museum.

Vasking av rommene måtte en gjøre selv. Tømming av søppel og brukt dopappir måtte en gjøre selv.Måtte betale ekstra for ny drikkevannsbeholder.Ble også beskylt for å ha laget skader på vannbeholderen som ble utskiftet av de som leverte den nye. Vi gav klar beskjed på at det ikke var gjort av oss og det var en sak mellom hotellet og de som leverte vannet. […] Ingen kunne engelsk av de som var ansatt på hotellet, de snakket bare brasiliansk. Det samme var det på spisesteder og drosjer. Mye bråk fra trafikken. Ingen beskrivelse av rømmningsveie på hotellrommet. Ingen beskrivelse i bruk av vaskemaskin på engelsk.Lukta urin av ene ekstramadrassen. Ikke anbefalt hotell for familie med små barn. Svømmebassenget lå på toppen i 20 etasje.
