      The hotel is in a great location for shopping, we didn't venture any further than the surrounding area as we were only there for the day. The staff are also extremely helpful. The airline has lost my baggage and were going to deliver the next evening. The concierge staff called up the airline to ensure that it was going to be delivered. When it had not turned up, the staff and called around and accepted delivery of my luggage at 1am! A big thank you to the concierge staff for taking car of this for me!

      Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

      Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

      We got the 2 bedroom unit so it came w the dining area, small kitchen and living room, conducive for family chat, card games at night. can do light cooking as well. overall it was very comfortable and on the last day we were even treated to a lion dance..

    Nova Hotel is a good choice for tourists that are looking for a reasonably priced stay in a convenient location in KL. Walking distance from Berjaya Times Square and Monorail Station which makes the accessability a major plus point of the location. The staff was all right, the receptionist was a bit unfriendly though. Rooms were clean.

    Great Hotel and Location, all good except for the Wi-Fi going up and down like the lift, really hard tough and uncomfortable pillow. Plus normal in KL the worst taxi Drivers in the world. Overall Good value for money.

    the hotel has a great location, but they need to improve the room condition, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the comfort room definitely needs to be renovate. the faucet is leaking and the tiles was really old and stained.

    I stayed for 1 night but it wasnt a pleasant stay. The room is dirty and the bedsheets and pillows were so dusty. I was awaken buy a knocked on the door by a hotel boy asking me what time I am going to check out and it was 3 hours before the check out time.

    ホテルを出てすぐが屋台街。徒歩圏内にショッピングモール、モノレール駅も近く文句なしの立地条件。部屋も広く、エアコンも良く冷えます。ただ、部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが難点でした。ランク上の部屋には完備しているようですが、常夏のマレーシアでは冷蔵庫は必須です。部屋帰宅後に冷えた飲み物が飲みたいです！ホテル並びにミニマートがあるので不便はありませんでした。立地の割に割安なのでお勧めです！

    日曜日に10時前にクリーニングに来られた。日曜日はゆっくりしたいので、昼からにしてほしった。ドアにかける札も掃除してください、しか無かった。

    ジャラン通りの片側の端にありうるさくなく、部屋の中も悪くはなかったです。交通の便もよく、モノレールがあり移動は安く済みました。セントラル駅からモノレールの駅まで遠くて聞いて回ってもわからないので、駅のタクシー乗り場のチケットを買って移動したほうが安く済んで良かったです。夜はなんでもうまいものがすぐ近くで食べられいいですね。

    良いのは立地条件だけ！部屋の壁の色は紫だし、気持ち悪い絵は飾ってあるし、水回りは汚いし最悪でした！

    La habitación del hotel era amplia y luminosa. La ubicación excelente. Lo más negativo que pasaban muy tarde a limpiar las habitaciones, algunos días a las 5 de la tarde. El personal del hotel ligeramente amable.

    가격대비 만족스러웠어요 야시장 앞이라 늦게까지놀수있고요 그다지 시끄럽지도 않았어요 화장실이좀 낡았지만 딱히 불편한것없이 잘있다왔네요
