it was great they allowed us to check in a little early . We were only there for one night we came for a show and did'nt want to drive home after. The room was great the BED was so comfortable everything was great .WILL BE STAYING AGAIN

Gulf breezes were soft, temperature was mild. I like going to Panama City in the winter. Crowds weren't large, it wasn't too hot like in can be in August and the price was right!

The room was nice and walked right out to the patio where the pool was and right down to the beach. The view of the ocean was wonderful and we were on the first floor. The only issue we had was that it rained the entire time we were there so I could not walk on the beach. Not the fault of the hotel. The room was clean and I believe they are doing some updating. I would have stayed longer except for the weather. I would go there again.

very dissatisfied due to check in process. It was handle awful. Booked through Hotel.com and no mention needing to checkin at different location and ended up having to go to a total of 3 different places before got checked in. Day of check out people came to door at 9am wanting to know if we were getting out. Check out time wasn't until 10.

Very disappointed.... Outdated, poor service, and little to no availability to contact hotel staff of any kind. Had to check in 6 blocks away and was no aware of this fact until arrival. Spend the extra money to avoid this disaster.
