Good for solo travelers, not for couples
Booked a double room for two people and it was by far the smallest room I have ever encountered while in Japan and completely unsuitable for more than one person to occupy. I would say that as a business hotel the room would be completely fine for a single occupant but I recommend looking for a larger room if you are on vacation and not solo, as the bed spans the width of the room (wall to wall) with only a narrow space between the bed and the desk (which is eliminated if you sit in the desk chair) and a narrow entryway, leaving almost zero space for suitcases other than blocking the door (fire hazard?). My only other major issue was the bath/shower, while I have found it very common for business hotels to utilize the same faucet for the sink and shower and have no complaint about the economics of that setup, this particular faucet had three settings: Off, medium water flow, and full-blast on. The problem was that for medium water flow you have to hold the knob in that position or it returns to the off position. To keep the water on without holding you have to turn it to the full-blast position which is suitable if you want to fill the tub, but needless to say impractical for washing your hands, brushing teeth, etc.! In summary, smaller than typical business hotel, was clean and in a really convenient location for the Dotonbori area, but I strongly advise to AVOID if you are not traveling alone

Great location, comfortable stay
The bed was very comfortable. Good size bed for one person, not a standard size twin was a little bigger. The room was clean, amenities were great. It is very close to the Glico Man sign and river, about 2'blocks. There is a family mart about 1 block away. Very easy to navigate around that area. I would stay again.

Unprofessional service
The hotel has good location, but the service was horrible. Wiki was completely not usable, as it did not have enough capacity for all the guests in the building. Some staff was very unprofessional. I asked him to help calling to make a reservation of a local restaurant 3 days in advance. He directly said the restaurant was very popular so it was impossible to get one, and refused to make the call. In the end we made a reservation successfully through another hotel.
