From the first minute, the helpful, friendly and professional staff set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel was originally opened in the 1960's and had been closed for some years. The renovation is delightful - it appears to be a very modern hotel, and the rooms and bathrooms are totally renovated. Perhaps because of its age, the room size […] was generous by modern standards. Some of the original features remain, including some large mosaic murals and some bronze statues in the gardens and pool surrounds. Pavillions from centuries ago are in the hotel grounds, and have also been renovated. The breakfast buffet with European and Indonesian selections kept our interest for the whole 2 weeks we were there. Room service was efficient, and staff were very obliging and happy to help with any small request. A large shopping plaza is a 1 minute walk through the hotel grounds away (no need to negotiate crossing the road!!) We were sad to leave, and would very happily return!! Read more

クチコミを参考に宿泊を決めました。広い中庭、大きなプールとファミリー向けホテルと思います。ロビーは５ツ星級ですが、部屋はあまり高級感はありません。ただ、リノベーション後間もないので清潔できれいです。朝食は、インドネシア料理中心で、楽しめます。今までインドネシアで色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、コストパフォーマンスはダントツNo.1。一つ欠点を上げれば、シャワー室のガラス扉の密閉性悪く、トイレが水浸しになることくらい。他、不満は一切なしです。コンビニ、モールも近くです。

Personeel erg vriendelijk. Kamer is perfekt schoon en beschikt over ruim balkon met zitje. De beste zijn die aan achterkant hotel met zicht op zwembad+tuin,eventueel met zicht berg Merapi. Dat geeft een uitgestrekt vergezicht over groene beplantingen en Yogya. Heel rustgevend. Niet te veel lawaai van drukke straat. 's Avonds grote tuin ook feeerik verlicht. […] Jammer dat mini-bar te weinig koudheid afgeeft. Maar verder zijn er 2 grote,schone zwembaden : 1 met olympische afm. voor volwassenen en 1 voor kinderen. Kom elk jaar naar Yogya en heb veel hotels in deze klasse uitgeprobeerd. Zwembaden van Ambarrukmo zijn de beste om baantjes te zwemmen voor je fitheid. Ook overal dikke en heerlijk geurende handdoeken (kamer en zwembad) Het buffet ontbijt is een feest van niet alledaagse Javaanse specialiteiten. De kok is ook bereid je geduldig zijn recept uit te leggen. Daarnaast volop keus voor Amerikaans ontbijt. De free-shuttle service naar hoofdwinkelstraat Marlioboro en airport krijgt men alleen bij Ambarrukmo. Er is ook de groene Yogya bus, stopt vlak voor hotel, om naar deze plaatsen te rijden voor 3000 Rp/persoon. Ligging naast Ambarrukmo Plaza, waar binnen grote Carrefour, talloze kwaliteitswinkels, food court op 3e verdieping. Voordeligste moneychanger van Yogya in de basement .
