This hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, and further the staff is not helpful and sometimes on rude. I really regret staying here and Hotels.com should give me an extra night of points because my experience here was so bad. My reservation was for 2 people but I had to pay extra for a second towel, and then they refused to accept a credit card for payment […] on the second towel. Everything about this accommodation was mediocre at best. And there are no amenities to speak of. There are other budget hotels in Ipoh: try one of them instead and stay well clear of this place.
