great place. only downside was the bathroom was about 18 inches wide. my knees literally touched the wall when i was sitting on toilet and i'm not a big person! but i'm sure all the bathrooms are not that small. the towels in the room were huge and fluffy. breakfast was adequate.

We had troubles finding maps to the hotel, but based on another person's review indicating that the hotel was just a short walk through the tunnel, we were easily able to find it. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff in this hotel was sincerely kind and caring!!! The rooms were nicely sized with a flat screen TV and new everything. The decor was very tasteful and smart. The bed was the most comfortable bed in my two week vacation around Italy. This was also the best value of my two weeks in Italy. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel and I plan to return there one day. The breakfast was better than most of the four star hotels I stayed in and it was included in the reasonable price. This hotel is very central to visit the Cinque Terra and the Italian Rivera. This was the only hotel I stayed at that was not a four star hotel yet, it was one of my favorite hotels. This is it, do not look further. This hotel is outstanding in every way!

Located in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre), Il Saraceno is close to Castle of Riomaggiore, Church of San Giovanni Battista, and Guardiola Tower. Also nearby is Fossola Beach.

It was an excellent location away from the main town on top of the hill. Beautiful drive.The service was excellent and very helpful at every step.

It's a lovely hotel/motel with friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms are very essential but clean and comfortable The breakfast was not a huge portion, but still ok. To reach the Cinque Terre towns it's better to take a car or the local buses, othervise it takes abt 30-40 minutes by walk.
