This is a great hotel, and they've improved a few things, from very good to excellent. They now have a high tea on the Rasa side, which is even better than Eastern Oriental. Both are excellent. But now the Rasa tea has amazing baked goods! We did it several times. The other is a champagne/cava happy hour, where they also added canapés. Those are fantastic, and you can meet some fun travelers too. We will go again.

For 100%, you will have an amazing time in this hotel. Everything is perfect. Service is amazing. People are nice and helpful. Food is fantastic. Location is great. In addition, they will amaze you with their set up if you book for your honey moon or anniversary.

An all work no play 3 day stay in Penang. No hassle covered parking. Food mediocre but OK. Beautiful window view of east straight of Malaca and mainland beyond. Tourist area a bit pricey on the 2 block walk to the 5 star E&O hotel meeting center. The Cititel was very clean, adequately appointed, and an easy troublefree visit. Plumbing and A/C worked well.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is beautifully detailed and finished, but the superior room was dark and claustrophobic. The two small windows were sealed and shuttered- a rather unsuccessful attempt to keep out the long, blaring 5am wake up call from the mosque next door (Apart from turning down the volume a notch, wish the muezzin would at least learn proper Arabic - he butchered the call to prayer). The noise-related issues are a shame really, as the small hotel is otherwise an oasis of calm. No TV (good), safe or fridge (bad) in the room, leave your shoes downstairs. The breakfast is very good, hope they keep it up. The location is central and convenient for all historic sites. It seems Cintra lane is located in the heart of a tranny red light district, though the area feels perfectly safe and harmless at night. Found plenty of good food options within walking distance.

I am satisfied with the hotel and the hotel has made arrangemen for the rooms we had booked closed to each other.Since we were not in the hotel the whole... day so we had no problem of the noise from the surrounding.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.Car park under tha building and was enough for the guests. I am satisfied with the hotel and the hotel has made arrangemen for the rooms we had booked closed to each other.Since we were not in the hotel the whole day so we had no problem of the noise from the surrounding.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.Car park under tha building and was enough for the guests.

对不不开车的旅行者来说，这酒店距离乔治镇的景点和海边都是很远的，特别是在烈日炎炎的槟城，我还是建议游客住在乔治镇中心。但是这家酒店本身是无功无过的。

george town の中央コムタに近くて歩いて近郊を散策できる位置にあり便利でした。タクシーも簡単に乗れるしバスの利用にも非常に最適です。ホテルは新しく気持が良いが部屋はコンクリートうちっぱなしでスリッパがほしかった。風呂はないがシャワーで十分でした。従業員も親切です。携帯の充電器の忘れ物をしたが確保しておいてくれました。

꼼따르에서 가깝고 가격이 나쁘지 않아 선택한 호텔. 세탁서비스도 1키로당 5링깃 수준에서 받아 좋았다. 물론 차이나타운이나 페낭 박물관 등 그밖의 관광지들과 거리가 있지만 첫 날 거리파악하는 때만 택시타고 다음날 부터는 모두 걸어다녔으니 그리 나쁘지 않은 위치인 것 같다. 방 안에 창문이 없다는 단 점이 있짐만 가격대비 방 사이즈와 직원의 서비스 객실 청소등 모두 만족스러웠다. 다만 중국인 관광객들이 너무 많아 방사이 소음이 너무 크게 들렸다는 단점이 아쉽다.

1.我们到达时前台告诉我们只剩下单人房，然后前台解释是我们订的时候双人房已经满了，酒店已经通知了网站，可是HOTEL的网站没有更新，最后我们两个人挤在一张1.5米的床上，因为我们俩都很胖，所以非常不舒服。2.房间内部没有吹风机没有烧水的水壶没衣柜没衣架，然后去前台借被告知已经借完了，打水要跑到电梯边上来；非常不方便，衣服洗了没法晾。3.希望以后地图显示的位置能够再放大一点，而且最好能提供坐公交车的路线，虽然离商业中心较近，但对于陌生人来说，到达后是一片空白的。
