We had a large en-suite room that was very clean & a massive bed, The staff were very friendly and helpfull. and if you keep the windows closed there was no noise. I wish I had time to sample the asian food as the menu looked very tempting. Would stay again.

Pleasing to the eye, but very noisy from the traffic and sirens . the double bed is very annoying because they push 2 singles together , so you fall in the middle of them . No spoons or tea in the room for drinks . Breakfast in the mornig is a ridiculous price ! And not much on offer . No discount on the food downstairs which i find a bit disappointing […] :( . Was down in London for the Olympics tennis at Wimbledon, and while looking for a hotel, there were only over-priced ones near to the ground. But then this one showed up, a decent price, and right by a tram stop that gets you in to Wimbledon station in around 10 minutes. The rooms are simple (but I wouldn't expect more at this price), the staff is friendly […] and the food in the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced too (try the Sri Lankan specialities!). There didn't look like there was too much going on in the immediate vicinity, but if you're just after a place to lay your head, and maybe grab some food, then this is a place that definitely should be considered! First impressions from the outside very worrying. However the pub itself was modern, comfortable and offered a very varied Indian/Chinese/ Sri-Lanken menu. Food was good. The bedroom I was given was number 3, it was very large clean and the bed was comfortable, but... there was no phone to call reception etc, you had to get out of bed to turn out the […] lights, the flat screen telly was tiny and very lost on the wall. The rooms were not well sound proofed and I was kept awake most of the night by slamming doors which went on into early hours. I was offered breakfast at seven pounds fifty pence but had to commit the evening before, I declined. On awaking and leaving the hotel at 7:50am, there was nobody about at all, the pub locked up and I had no idea where to leave the key. I had to open huge iron gates to let myself out the car park. Not an ideal hotel for a lady travelling alone would be my summary. Read more

Location looks a bit far from the centre, but the tram to Wimbledon station runs frequently, and stops only one minute walk from the Casuarina tree, providing a very good transport link. There are a few parks nearby, including the National Trust Morden Hall park, which was great for jogging. Très bon séjour, le personnel est aimable et attentionné. La gare de tramway est à 3mn à pied (100m) avec des enfants en bas âge (3 et 5 ans). Nous avions les chambres 5 et 7 chacune pour 3 personnes. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le seul bémol serait l'absence de douche ou lavabo dans les chambres (seulement sur le palier). Pour le dernier soir, nous […] avons dîné au restaurant Casuarina Tree, et avons apprécié les plats Sri Lankais. Compte tenu de la quantité servie à chaque plat, le personnel nous a gentiment proposé de les emporter pour le déjeuner le lendemain (Takeway !) Très bon hotel, acceuillant à proximité du centre de Londres et Chessington world of adventures. Bon acceuil, parking privé. Les chambres sont propres, Calme malgrès la proiximité d'une route fréquenté. les salles de bains sur le palier ainsi que les WC, sont rénovés. Petit dej à l'anglaise. Malheureusment pas de croissant ou autres le matin.
