I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

When I say average. I mean average for Europe standards. I would compare it to a motel 6 in the United States! They don't speak very good English also which did not help. Walls were very thin. Thin enough to the point where I could hear people in the room next to us going to the bathroom. Do not let them fool you by the pictures on the website! They […] did not change the sheets and only brought fresh towels once for 3 nights. I have to admit I am a spoiled American when if comes to hotels but this was pretty bad by any means. Upon entering the elevator and inside the room, noticed note posted that the hotel does not responsible for loss of any personal item. One date when returning to room, notice my room door was left unlock, and I called the front desk to inquire why my room was unsecured. The front desk clerk did not feel that it was a problem, I then asked to speak to […] the manager, clerk replied I am the manager, then asked to speak to the owner, clerk replied I am the owner. The clerk then asked if I would come down to the lobby to speak of my dissatisfaction, after exiting the elevator, I was met with the clerk, her parents, and maybe an uncle lurking at a door, a very scary experience. Hotel clerk did not think it was a problem even when the room was left unlock and the hotel would not responsible for loss, I asked the clerk to ensure the room is secure after cleaning. Hotel did not charge Expeida in US dollar like most of my hotel booking with expedia, hotel charge room with Euro which result higher room cost. This hotel is not worth 3 stars. Some B&B I've stayed in are much better. Although it is clean, it smells of pungent disinfectant every morning. They say WIFI is free on the website but there are 2 wifis. For the good one you have to pay. The other 1 is free but snail slow & you have to register every 4 hours to use it. The 3 star rating is what they gave given themselves. This is a 1 star hotel. After asking other establishments in the area I was informed that this hotel is no longer officially rated. The price was in fact too good to be true. If you are on a budget then maybe, the floor was new and clean. Not sure of the cleanliness, I did not want to look.

L’hôtel vieillot au premier abord mais pour une nuit à 69€ nous avons eus des draps propre, un lit confortable, peu de bruit ; le tout à 150m d'une station de métro en plein Paris. Petit plus, le frigo dans la chambre pour mettre ces sandwichs au frais!!!

het is meer een Motel dan een 3 * hotel. De kamers zijn vies, badkamers onder schimmel en stinkt vresselijk. Verder zijn er geen benodigheden (zoals wc papier enz) aanwezig. De enige pluspunt is de hotellocatie. Dat is dichtbij metro.

We were happy about the hotel. The room was very small and the beds quite hard, but it was clean and all we could ask for at that price. The breakfast was simple but good, typical french with croissant, baguette with butter and jam, coffee and OJ. We prefer eggs and decided to go out for breakfast most days. Très déçue. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Le lit trop dur. la chambre et la salle de bain trop "vieilles". a besoin d'un bon coup de re looking.

Fue una mala elección, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, pero las habitaciones son diferentes a las fotos, el mobiliario muy viejo, las instalaciones desagradables, no lo recomiendo ni para negocios ni para vacaciones.

Si vous voulez quelque chose de précis pour le petit déjeuner, il faut le demander la veille. Personnel agréable et souriant. Tarif avantageux. Bien placé. Le gérant nous sert lui-même le petit-déjeuner. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais confortable et propre. Le quartier est calme.

Hotel sans étoile, le personnel comprend et parle peu le français. Petit déjeuner en sous sol dans une salle sans fenêtre et froide, mais bien servi, on a pu redemander du jus d'orange sans problème, par contre difficile de se faire comprendre en français. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain : pas plaisant quand il fait 0° dehors... Il faut faire […] couler l'eau 15' avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Nous devions arriver le dimanche a l hotel sauf imprevu ce mm jour nous sommes arrives le lendemain nous n avions pas pu les prevenir mais notre chambre etait reservee et payee par carte bleu aucune difficulte a finir le sejour a l hotel dommage que le personnel ne parle pas bcp le francais sinon tres gentils il ne faut pas demander la lune et savoir […] faire prix = service au premier etage coté rue moins bruyant que chez nous dans le sud avec ces gens sans respect des autres un petit bmol la salle de bain prb de robinet et carelage casse mais en rien cela n a joue sur le sejour petit hotel correct Read more
