Overnight stay for business. Table was broken/wobbly in an unlighted nook/closet. Included a microwave and fridge, but not an iron/ironing board or hair drier. I would not stay again on another trip to the area.

I needed a place to stay for the night as I was passing through town. The price was incredibly reasonable and the pillows were very comfortable. It wasn't the nicest place I ever stayed, but it was very cheap and had all the comforts I needed.

Could hear EVERYTHING outside of the room, but it was clean. I actually bought my own clorox to clean with, but didn't have to do anything. Comforter (which I immediately throw on the floor anyway) was stained on reverse, but sheets were clean. Other rooms at this price point are usually filthy. Met a man leaving the lobby who complained of dirty room […] and drugs all over the room, and I almost turned right around! I had no such problems when I got to mine. My only complaint would be that my room had an access panel leading to the crawl space/attic I imagine....It freaked me out thinking someone could come in from another room that way ( i was alone) A simple hook and eye latch would have given me some peace of mind! (I stared at it half the night waiting for it to open) LOL Maybe a 10-15 min drive to Arena in Philly. All in all, its not the Hilton, but I would stay again. Read more

As others have noted, this hotel is kind of in the middle of a neighborhood. Unlike others, I didn't find the inhabitants to be suspicious and had no qualms about leaving my car outside. However... my room had no clock in it. The rooms only have non-adjustable baseboard heat plus a window AC unit, leaving us cold. The doors are drafty, you can see light […] underneath them from outside. Also the room was literally the smallest room I've ever stayed in, about 24 inches of room on each side of the King size bed, nothing more. I could also hear the loud TV of a person either below or behind me late into the morning, as well as people talking outside. The room was non-smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke and suspiciously started smelling of marijuana smoke late at night. The room was small, cramped, and overpriced. The rugs were stained and the linen had an odd smell. The heater/air unit was very loud. There were no channel guides, menus, or other such amenities. The neighborhood was run down and appeared to be a high crime area. Will never stay here again.

The room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. It wasn't even close to what it looked like in the pictures on your web site. It's in a terriable neighborhood. From 1100 to 5 am. there were 3 cops driving around with their sirens on. 2 times car alarms went off. Lots of noise from other rooms and outside.

Customer service was good. I liked the front clerk. He was friendly, outgoing and charming... What I didn't like about the stay was that we could not get any sleep! The walls are thin, there was tapping every few seconds from the radiator, and the heat was on too high, a car alarm went off at 2am, I could hear footsteps upstairs... The room was a little small, but very clean, comfortable beds, clean towels and bedding. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood but it was fine, very quiet come night time. Worth it for the price and close to Philly, the many area colleges (we were doing college visits), and the KOP mall.

Rough neighborhood wasn't comfortable leaving anything in my car. The sheets looked like they hadn't been washed. The staff hardly spoke to me through their glass window even thought I arrived at 7:00pm. The hotel looked like it was filled with section 8 or homeless people from the shelter. I would never recommend this hotel to any one!

If you are just looking for a place to stay for one night alone or with family then this is ok. The room was very tight with 2 full size beds, hardly enough space to move around and one bed was very close to the bathroom door. It was pretty clean everywhere.
