The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

Room was beautiful and huge, with a nice balcony for smokers with non- smoking partners. There was a comfortable 6 seater couch for guests, and a small... tv in the bathroom for ultimate bathtub pleasure!! I had a twin room, and beds were a tad small. Hotel was located in a corner, thus offering great privacy but sacrificed convenience for food and shopping. The room is very spacious and well designed. Comfortable bed and nice window views. Staffs were helpful and friendly. After checking out, i suddenly realized that i have left my phone chargers in the room, the front desk staff happily assisted without any issue.
