The standard room is very small, but comfortable. Its only minus is the size. Besides that, it is very clean and nicely designed.

Had a great stay during my first-time visit to Berlin. The Holiday Inn Berlin is unlike most generic Holiday Inn's in the United States. It has a very stylish design, and an upscale feel. The location was perfect for touring the historic sites, restaurants, public transportation and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was of the highest standard in regards to cleanliness, situation etc.I would recomend to future guest that if you require information in regards to travelling that you head to the travel centre at the station across the Platz.They know lots and lots and will print everything out for you - platform number, times etc and its […] so cheap and on time.The breakfast was disappointing for 11 euros and it would have been nice to have eggs or something similiar. H.Inn - if you are going to charge higher rates, please atleast supply toiletries in my room, please supply a Table and a chair as is standard with most hotels these days...And please make sure the big glass sliding door to access the bathroom (as well as doubling up as a door to the cupboard) is not STUCK. I was so disappointed in your room sizes, but the fact that I got upgraded to the "exec room" (which by any other standards is a normal sized room in any other hotel) is the only reason why I would say, IF you stay at this hotel. Book the exec. You will be annoyed if you choose the "standard room" its TINY. I found it difficult to move around the bed and I was alone. I will definitely choose another hotel next time. Not only would I save some money, but I think I'd EVEN have the luxury to be able to sit down and drink a coffee without begging for a room with a table and chair. It's a new hotel right next to Alexanderplatz. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Staf is very attentive. If you want to be on the East side this is well situated and only a few blocks from public transport.

very impressed with this newly renovated holiday inn. perfect location near shopping and restaurants and our conference venue. however, somewhat far (about 1-2 km) from the main tourist attractions. free internet was great. would have loved a fridge in the room but that is likely a better room. excellent price for the room as well.

First the positives: The staff was very friendly (espescially in the reception), and there was beautiful interior both in the common areas and in the rooms. Delicate bathroom and comfortable bed. However, some negatives must be mentioned: the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was very crowded, and many of the buffet plates were often empty. We got […] the impression that the kitchen struggled with keeping up, and the guests had to wait quite a while for many of the dishes they wanted (yoghurt, fruit salad, bacon, ketchup, cheese, etc.). Also, we would encourage future guests to ALWAYS put out the "do not disturb" sign until after breakfast. We were woken up at 8:30 on Sunday morning by housekeeping, which we found to be very unneccessary. Even on our check-out day (when the room should not be cleaned until after our departure anyway), several in our group were woken up by housekeeping wanting to clean their room! But, as I said, this can easily be avoided by using the "do not disturb" sign. We also experienced a mouldy smell from our shower, that got worse during our stay (but which disappeared briefly every time the shower had been in use). All in all - a beautiful hotel close to Alexander Plats, but with room for some improvement. Read more

Hotellet ligger i Östberlins mitt, mycket nära Alexanderplatz och butikshopping. Stora varuhusen ligger i västberlin, men för oss som gillar att gå i boutiquer med mer originella kläder och prylar är detta område toppen. Hotellet är rent, fräscht, kanonfrukost men extremt hårda sängar.

Midt i byen, noen minutters spasertur fra Alexanderplatz bf og lett tilgjengelig fra hele byen. Rommet vi fikk var lite, men veldig kurant for en miniferie. Fabelaktig utsikt rett mot Fernsehturm og trafikken på Alexanderplatz der 100000 kjøretøy passerer hver dag. Veldig lydisolert - du hører kun et sus fra trafikken nedenfor.
