Took a trip to Osaka to view the city. The Castle is just around the corner, and the great getaway for food is just 10 minutes by taxi. Couldn't have asked for a better location... although parking for car was free, it was extremely difficult to park a larger vehicle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I thought the room would be bigger, but it was just slightly a few feet larger than the queen sized bed that was in it. It was good, comfortable, and the temperature was just perfect. There were absolutely no views from the side of the building I was in, except the hospital next to it about 100 feet away though. I would definately stay there again, regardless. It was a good night of sleep, with the basics I needed: Bed (check), toilet (check), hot and cold water (check), shower and tub (check), TV (check)... with extra's too, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to clean.

This is a capsule hotel. The room is sized as such. Also, all capsule hotels follow a set style: A public bath for showering (very common in Japan), a room for lounging, a separate for eating, a locker room to store your things/ change, and of course, your tiny capsule to sleep in. I have stayed at a few capsule hotels in my time and this is a good one. The place is clean and conveniently located in Namba where the social life is. It also offers a capsule hotel service for women which is uncommon for capsule hotels in Japan. It is not the best capsule hotel I have been in but it is a good one.

No wifi, is all I can say. That's the only negative I could find! Folks at check in and front desk were friendly and helpful, location was awesome. the room had a smoky smell from the restaurants and bars in the building though, that's why I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. The room did have an air purifier, and that helped though.

I have to admit that this hotel was super clean, and was in a great location - a short walking distance from the Universal City subway station, Universal City Walk, and Universal Studios Japan. Honestly, my only complaint was that they had no room service and very little western food being served as a-la-carte. If you love Japanese food, than this won't be a problem for you. Fortunately, I was able to walk to the nearby Hard Rock Cafe to get some western food (hamburgers, chicken wings, french fries, etc.)

i booked this on the shinkansen on my way to another location late at night. it was going to be too late to reach my original destination and i decided... to stay in kobe for the night and found a $ 60 deal on this one. this hotel is great. it has a seven eleven in front of it so you can buy stuff and get cash. the breakfeast was great. the room was a double and it was big. the hotel has a bunch of extras that i didn't try like a spa, library, kids nursery area. has a shuttle to the main stations in kobe and the airport. the view is not bad either. if i ever go back ill definitely consider this place. it definately looks like an upscale place. For the price it is excellent. It's in a quiet city center, but the hotel has a regular shuttle bus to/from downtown/train station from where you go to almost everywhere else. From Kobe airport there is express bayshuttle to Kansi airport on the hour. Friendly staff willing to help. Island location close to airport, ferry port, convention center. Easy and quick but relatively expensive people mover to downtown Kobe ($5.00 round trip). There is no streetlife after dark on the island.

Like most hotels in Japan, the cleanliness is superb. Location is a little off but they offer a hotel shuttle every 30 min or an hour depending on time of the day. I would recommend this hotel as rate is reasonable.

安かったのでこれで十分でした。新神戸や三宮との無料バスもあるし、そう遠くもありません。正直、高級ホテルとは言えないですが、この値段なら十分ＯＫです。逆にいえば、値段以外にここにする必要性は見つけられないですけどね。汚いとか、そういうことは全然なかったです。

喫煙のお部屋を希望しましたが、灰皿がなくて困りました。スタッフはみんな笑顔で素晴らしい対応です。お部屋にエアコンのコントロールができなく、一括操作だと思います。暑くて死にそうでした。窓は開きますがうるさくて… まぁ、泊まるだけなら問題なしです。三宮からタクシーで1800円でした。

部屋が予想していたよりも広かったです。クローゼットも大きく荷物が多くても広々使えました。場所が方向音痴だと少しわかりにくかったですが、夜でもイルミネーションがあって見つけやすいです。コンビニも出てすぐあるから使いやすい。残念だったのはネットから二泊で予約していたのにチェックインの時に「一泊の～」と言われ、調べるのに少し待たされたことと、最初に部屋に入るとテーブルのライトのスイッチがどこにあるかわかりにくかったことです。

ま、まあまあのホテル。欠点を言えば、ロビーはちゃちだし、交通の便はかなり不便。部屋のテレビは小さい。最悪は、ホテルの部屋のカーペット。汚くて素足ではちょっと歩けない。といって、おいてあるスリッパもちゃんと毎回洗濯しているようには見えない（せいぜい、前の人の使ったあと、スプレーぐらいしているかも）。このあと、ポートピアホテルに泊まったが、格段に違う。値段相応というべきか。フロントの人や送迎バスの人の感じは良なのがすくい。ま、値段が５００円上がっても良いから部屋のカーペットを取り換えるべきでは。

今回は神戸国際会議場周辺での用事があったためこのホテルを利用しました。ホテルまでは意外と近くて徒歩5分程度でした。周りは目の前にコンビニがあるだけで、あとは何もありません。三宮まではホテルからシャトルバスが出ていますので利用しました。ホテルは特に特徴はありませんが価格からすると十分納得できます。ただ、チェックインの際の手際がやや不満でした。

いつも利用しています。三宮などの中心部からは少し距離がありますが、ホテルから三宮や神戸駅までの無料バスが走っているので、不便はありません。緑が多く静かな立地でホテルも綺麗で大変気に入ってます。

家内と2人で宿泊。周囲はビルばかりの住宅街。植栽も工夫がしてあって私は狭苦しくないのを喜んだが、家内はさびしい、という。三宮まですぐに出られるので、構わないじゃないか、と口論。確かに周辺に気の利いたレストランなどはない。しかし、何軒かの赤ちょうちん風とコンビニがあり、困らない。

入った印象、部屋の雰囲気、清潔感全て入室した時は満足しました。他の方が書いてるように、施設の老朽化に伴ういくつかの不備はあるものの、気持ちよく過ごせる部屋だと思います。けれど、たまたまだと信じたいのですがベッドの下、しかもベッドに腰かけ鏡を見ると容易に目に入る程手前の位置に前の方(だと信じたい)の缶チューハイの缶が転がっていました。もしかして床の掃除してない？と思う位置にあり、気分が悪くなりました。またお風呂場で湯船につかってシャンプーやリンスの場所を見あげると、リンスの出てくるところにリンスが固まったものと自分の物ではない髪の毛が付着していました。全く拭いていないことが目にとれました。帰りに缶のことをフロントの方に言うと「申し訳ありませんー。ご用件は他に […] ございますか？」と言われすぐに帰りのバスの案内をされるというあまり誠意の感じられないものでした。最初の印象がよかっただけにがっかりです。 Read more
