I am a rewards member with Crowne Plaza and they treated me like royalty. The room was upgraded to a huge suite. As soon as I checked in a basket of fresh fruit was sent to my room. A member of the staff in a tuxedo came to my room to make sure everything was ok. While travelling for a month on business this was the best night sleep ever.

Die Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahnhaltestelle ist sehr praktisch. Der Preis ist mehr als in Ordnung (scheinbar die günstigste Schlafmöglichkeit mit eigenem Bad in Ankara). Das Personal hat nur teils englische Basiskenntnisse. Vom optionalen Frühstück ist ab zu raten, weil es verhältnismäßig teuer ist und der Frühstücksraum wenig ansprechend ist. Hoewel we een kamer met badkamer en tweepersoonbed hadden geboekt, kregen we in eerste instantie een kamer met gedeelde badkamer en twee eenpersoonsbedden. Na wat overleg met een medewerker die wel engels sprak en las kregen we een kamer met eigen badkamer, maar wel twee eenpersoonsbedden. Hoewel ietwat afgeleefd, waren de kamer en badkamer wel schoon […] en de douche was fijn. De ligging is redelijk, in een studentenbuurt met een aantal eettentjes en om de hoek van metrostation Kurtulus, maar een paar haltes of kilometers wandelen van de leuke moderne buurten en iets verder nog van het oude deel van Ankara. Voor deze prijs een erg goede plek om te verblijven. het was schoon, de buurt is erg oke, het dakterras is in de zomer heel relaxed en het heeft de sfeer van een hostel. De bedden hadden iets zachter gekund en het ziet er niet heel nieuw uit, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Wij bevelen het zeker aan!
