Very nice. The room was a small apartment. While visiting Australia for a 30 day holiday it was nice to spread out in a larger place than a hotel. We were there for 2 days. Adelaide was a beautiful city and we should have spent more time there.

I only spent 1 night at this hotel. The hotel included free WIFI and breakfast. No charge for ice delivered to room. The hotel is located right next to a lovely park and fairly close to the airport. I would stay at this hotel again.

Booking through this website the hotel provides the minimal service. In the rooms there were insufficient towels and reduced toiletries. One small tube of shampoo and nothing else. We have stayed at the Arkaba many times over the past couple of years but this time we were very disapointed. We had trouble with the control for the TV reported this but nothing was done. The airconditioning ranged from very hot to cold could not set to a temperature that suited us. Reported it but no reponse. First morning we were asked whether we […] wanted our room made up, this should not be asked this is what we pay for. I ordered a Porterhouse steak that has to be one of the worst steaks I have eaten full of gristle yet they advertise they cut their own steaks to assure quality, mine must have been the bit they were going to throw away. Overall cleanliness of hotel and rooms was fantastic. Bar, restaurant and porkies on ground floor of hotel. Two supermarkets, and speciality shops within 100m of hotel. Would stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.
