The bathroom was not cleaned for the entire 4 night stay. We were charged twice for the room as I had already paid on booking the room and was charged again on leaving. We stayed at Pan American just for one night in between flights in and out of La Paz, but a few days previously we had spent three nights in a far inferior hotel just up the road and now wish we'd booked them the other way around! Fue el peor hotel que estuve en mi vida y en los recorrimientos de negocio, la limpieza era un asco, hacian la limpieza del cuarto, las toallas mojadas no lo cambiaban lo doblaban y lo volvian a colocar, las toallas del pizo lo alzaban y lo doblaban sin cambiar, el restaurante dice que es separado, yo cuando estuve ahi el 1 de diciembre, a las once […] de la manana pedi mi almuerzo, me lo trajieron despues de dos horas, pedi tres cocas colas y me trajieron despues de una santa hora, le pedias a recepcion algo, y despues de horas te respondia, o mejor dicho no te hacian caso, si fuera yo jamas lo reconmendaria a nadie, solo con eso le doy un cero a todo.
