    The room was not attended to by housekeeping prior to our arrival. The bed had been slept in with head indentations in the pillows. When asked to have the bed changed, it was not tended to. Totally dissatisfied with the condition of room. Very unsanitary. Moved to another hotel the next morning.

    First off, I wasn't expecting much. However, the small things I expected I didn't get. I asked front desk for a iron and pan, and never received it. Also there were handles missing on the refrigerator, holes in doors, ect. I stood for the convenience of the kitchen, and I was upset there was no utilities for me to use.

    The rooms where large but dirty. There was stained and torn wallpaper. I was scared to sit on the couch. Balcony was nice. It was close to the city and sights.

    This hotel unfortunately didn't meet our needs. While the staff was very polite and friendly, our room was just not what we expected. We had asked for a non smoking room, but our room smelled of cigarettes and other foul odors. There were cigarette burns on the couch and the comforter on the bed. There were no light bulbs in the lamps. The linens were […] clearly not changed. Please don't ask how I know this. There were some pretty rowdy people that kept us up well into the night, and we didn't check in until 11 pm. Even the friendly service couldn't bring us back there. Read more
