The hotel is amazingly located so close to the main Kuta area, and yet far enough so one could find their piece of quietness and rest. The rooms are a bit too small, but they are clean, modern, the beds are very comfortable and overall the room was a very pleasant place to be in. I would rate 50% of hotel staff AMAZING (the men) and the other half (the […] women) not so much (and by this I mean - forgetful, and not so accommodating), but it would be unfair to rate them under 4 stars overall, since we got every information we wanted, and were accommodated fully in the end. The sunbeds by the pool are very comfortable, and the view is great. The beach part near this hotel is meant for surfers mainly, so if your goal is to swim, then probably different hotel would be a better choice. On the other hand, I was hoping I would be able to swim, but, instead, I switched my priorities when I got there, and had an amazing time in Kuta! Read more

Great people, great hospitality. Absolutely great location central of Kuta. I think the rooms were of a reasonable standard for the price. Complimentary breakfast was great. Ocean at our door step. G-Great people, R-reasonable price, E-excellent location, A - awesome ocean view, T- tasty breakfast and food. GREAT!

Out of three rooms shown 2 had bad smell and was pretty worn out condition! Final room given when shower was used flooded the floor every time, location was perfect,food and breakfast wasn't bad, lifts don't work,must carry things up and down! Hotel staff are extremely helpful, obliging and friendly. Location in Discovery Mall, Kuta is fantastic especially as we had business with both Centro and Sogo department stores. Rooms are basic, internet reception not good and bathrooms could do with updating.

The Hotel was fine , it is in a great area & very handy for most things. There is some confusion about putting meals & drinks on the room no, so this area could improve. The showe was terrible , way too small & needed some scrubbing around the edges. The area for the vanity in the bathroom was too small as well. The hotel is in the centre of Kuta next to the beach and shops. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I did not bring my laptop but I was able to use the hotel business computer at any hour of the day. I must say that there was a variety of food including eggs, pasta, rice, meat, bread, fruit, juices, coffee and tea. However, in hotel were some noisy guests […] with children who let the children scream, yell, run in the hall after midnight.I advice the people at the reception to write in the the policies of the hotel to keep quite after 10 pm at night time and put it in every room so guests would know what is expected from them while staying in the hotel.Anyway I would go again in the same hotel because of the staff and position of the hotel. Great location and friendly staff. The rooms very small but clean. Buffet breakfast good. The bathroom ok. The shower really small and didn't look very clean. Needed a good dose of bleach. over all for a budget hotel not that bad.

部屋は少しせまめ。バリらしくないPOPな色使いの部屋。シャワーブースはエイリアンのカプセルみたいで水はけが悪く水浸しに・・夜は泊り客の声がうるさい・・・何より部屋に窓がなかった・・あの部屋だけなのかな？　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　だけども部屋自体は清潔で、ホテルのプールは海の目の真ん前にあり最高のロケーションです！何よりもスタッフ皆がとてもフレンドリー！すごく親切！皆のあの笑顔なら窓がないのも許せるかな(^^)？　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ショッピングモールの中にあるホテルなので、部屋にあまり戻らず買い物目当てで女子同士で泊まるなら最高のホテルだと思います。コンビニも目の前だし立地は良いと思いました。

良かった点 ショッピングモールに併設した便利なホテルで目の前が海という素晴らしい立地。 ほとんどのホテルスタッフはフレンドリーでいい感じ。 可愛いデザインでスーペリアは広い部屋。 悪かった点 備品や床やらいろいろ傷んでいる。 ネットは部屋によってみたいだがまともに使えない。（いい香りのするロビーで使ってた） スタッフに勧められた現地フリーガイドが信用できない人間だった。

Zuerst muss man sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels wirklich super ist. 2 Minuten zum Strand und etwas abgelegen von den riesen Touristenströmen. Gleich zwischen Hotel und Strand hat es einige sehr gute Restaurants mit Sicht aufs Meer, nicht teurer als die sonstigen Restaurants in der Stadt. Das Hotel an sich ist ok, nichts spezielles. Das Zimmer war sehr […] klein und steril. Da alles in weiss gehalten ist, hat man das Gefühl im Krankenhaus zu sein. Durch das Weiss sieht halt alles auch schnell mal etwas schmutzig und verbraucht aus. Im Bad hat es eine reingestellte Dusche, die superklein ist. Der Aussenlärm war eher gross aber an das muss man sich in Kuta einfach gewöhnen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wohl wieder da übernachten, aber nur weil die Lage sehr gut war. Kuta hat uns aber allgemein nicht gefallen, da es wirklich ein reiner Touristenort ist und es def. schönere Plätze auf Bali gibt. Read more

ディスカバリーモールの中にあるので立地条件は抜群です。 場所と値段を考えるとお得です。 ただ、室外機の音がかなりうるさいです。自分の部屋のクーラーを止めてても うるさいです。 シャーワーブースも狭く感じました。男性ならかなりキツイのではないでしょうか？ スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで毎回笑顔で挨拶してくれます。 トイレが２回　流すボタンが壊れましたが、言えばすぐに来て修理してくれます。 水は毎日一人一本くれます。 日本語を話すインドネシア人の女性スタッフが一人いました。

Vennlige ansatte og helt grei frokost. Ligger i et kjøpesenter, så ville heller valgt hoteller ved siden av hvis man vil til Kuta beach. Rommet var ganske slitt og ikke ordentlig rent. Dusjkabinett som var ganske ekkelt. Kloakk kom plutselig opp av sluken og utover hele baderomsgulvet en dag. 2 restauranter med god mat, men igjen veldig slitt og skittent. […] Vil ikke anbefale Kuta beach til noen, forferdelig masete og svindyrt!
