It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

Location.
Domus RomAntica is close to Piazza Fiume, Borghese Gallery, and Diocletian Bath. Also nearby are Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and Roman Forum.

Property Features.
In addition to multilingual staff and an elevator (lift), Domus RomAntica features tour assistance. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. For a surcharge, guests have access to a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request).

Guestrooms.
The 6 guestrooms at Domus RomAntica include minibars and safes. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. 32-inch LCD TVs are equipped with digital channels. Bathrooms offer showers with handheld showerheads, and rainfall showerheads. Bathrooms also include bidets, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. Additional amenities include windows that open and blackout drapes/curtains. Housekeeping is offered daily.

Overall this "Bed and Breakfast" was nice. The rooms were a fairly quiet haven and about 20 minutes walk from the historic centre. The main qualm we had... with the place was the set up with the breakfast, which is taken at a nearby cafe. Our final day was a bank holiday so we had to use a different cafe further away in the area. The breakfast is very basic with coffee, pastry and juice. But be careful not to ask for fresh juice as you will be charged extra! I think the price is a bit high for the set up, but the rooms are clean and cosy and it's close enough to everything that it was pretty convenient too. by Fdezmez from London on 04/29/13
