      I arrived in Sydney, Australia on a Sunday after a very long flight and suspected that I might have a big health problem due to the trip. The receptionist at the front desk was very caring and said she would try to find a doctor for me. She researched it on-line and found a medical clinic nearby but they had just closed (2pm on Sunday). So she left a message for the Monday morning desk receptionist to get an appointment for me. She did. I went to the clinic (within walking distance of the hotel.0 I spoke to a doctor who sent me for further tests and very fortunately, I was OK. The hotel staff was very caring and efficient. That was the first time in all my travels I've needed medical help and they were terrific!

      The room was good !! We paid for a harbor view room and to say there was a view is a real reach. We were on the 10th floor of a 20 story building. There MAY have been some harbor views on higher floors but probable not. All-in-all it was a nice place and a good room in a great location.

    Excellent location in proximity to where my friends live. Easy 15 minute bus ride into the city. Bathrooms were fairly clean (much better than some hostels I've stayed in) and the bed room was clean. Overall had a great 3 nights there!

    The most horrible experience ever had in a hotel accomadation, noisy, unmaintained, and generally a nasty place to stay....no linen on bed and no lock on the door
