Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a family gathering in Spain. The service was superb, from making reservations to giving directions. It is beyond beautiful and perfectly located. Only a few minutes walk to all tourist attractions. Last but not least...the BAR is great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. 2 bed rooms - 2 baths - kitchen. Clean, comfortable and stylish. We were right in the middle of Seville and could walk everywhere.... We drove from the airport and it is quite complicated driving in the small streets of Seville. Estuve con mi familia en el apartamento City & Life Alberto Lista en Sevilla durante tres días, reserve por este medio un apartamento de dos habitaciones y nos sorprendió gratamente la instalación, en un edificio antiguo recientemente rehabilitado y decorado con muy buen gusto ya que mezclaba muebles antiguos con mobiliario moderno y funcional. El apartamento […] además tenía dos baños completos con ducha muy conveniente cuando viajas con familia numerosa, en mi caso somos los padres y tres niñas. El barrio donde se encuentra es en pleno centro a unos pasos de las famosas "setas" y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la catedral, el alcazar lo cual le agrega un plus. Mención muy especial merece Eva la administradora ya que desde que llegamos fue muy amable toda vez que nuestra llegada fue 3 horas antes de lo previsto y al llamarle a su móvil ella inmediatamente acudió para entregarnos el apartamento, también fue muy amable al conseguirnos transportación familiar para la estación el día de nuestra partida y el sábado por la noche se nos terminó el agua caliente por lo que le llame y acudió también, nos explico que por la lluvia había un corte de electricidad en ciertos barrios de Sevilla pero que seguramente al restaurarse el servicio la caldera del edificio se calentó, como podemos ver su actitud fue sumamente profesional y cordial.En suma, nuestra experiencia fue de 10 y seguramente reglaremos el año entrante Read more
