We had a fabulous 2 day stay. Good location forus near to Winterberg in the Harz mountains.The staff were very friendly and really looked after us. The... food was great. The Hotel had a great swimming/spa area, so was very relaxing.Overall a hotel I would definately return to for longer than 2 nights. by 'The Walker's from York on 05/31/13

Dårligt helhedsindtryk. Vi forudbestilte aftensmaden, men kom alligevel til at vente 1 time på maden med 2 trætte børn efter en lang dag på ski. Dette var tilfældet begge aftener vi var der. Kunne tyde på for lidt personale i køkkenet.

Het was een zeer plezierig verblijf. Een echt 4 sterren hotel voor een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs. Kamers waren schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend. Het personeel spreekt Nederlands, niet dat het nodig was, maar het maakt het soms gemakkelijker voor mensen die de Duitse taal niet beheersen.
