18th Century Grade II Listed Georgian Farm House
Situated only a few miles from the historic city of York. We have around 13 acres of land including 400 yards of private fishing on the River Derwent.
Individual rooms
We have two very appealing and individual rooms within the main house. They are in keeping with the houses Grade 2 listed status. Both have private bathrooms with cast iron roll top baths.
Our Cottage has 2 rooms (one twin and one double), a large lounge and a private bathroom with shower. Please note, when occupied by 2 people, only one bedroom will be available for use.
