    My husband and I were in New York to see a few shows and celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was so kind and welcoming they gave us a bottle of Champaign... to celebrate. The room was beautiful and the staff was great. The hotel was close enough to Times Square that we could easily walk, but far enough away that we were not walking out into the sea of people every morning.     I struggled finding a room in the city for this week - may have been storm related. Never saw this hotel show up in searched before as I stay in NYC 3 times per month. The hotel caters to the gay community and I am straight. Gave it a shot and was very pleased. Very clean, nice room size and updated decor, and very good service. Would stay again.

    The room and furnishings were new and very comfortable. Front desk was helpful when needed. The gym facilities were great. We stayed in November and were unable to use the outdoor areas. This hotel would be great in the summer/spring. The housekeeping was good, except one day we returned after a day of sight-seeing and shopping around 5pm and the room […] had not yet been cleaned. The only negative aspect to this hotel is that on weekends there is loud music playing in the hallways/courtyards until after midnight that is quite audible in the rooms, so if you plan to go to bed before 1 or 2pm, the only way to drown out the music is to put the AC unit on.     I was attending a conference at the Javis Centre and it was perfect for me.The hotel was really clean, modern and beautiful. The staff were amazing. My only concern is next time I want to book they will be booked out because they are a true hidden gem.

    Très bonnes impressions : très propre, décoration design de très bon goût. L'accueil est parfait et l'ambiance est dépaysante et festive. L'hôtel est à 10 mn de Time Square à pied. Petit déjeuner possible à l'hôtel mais moins cher et très bon en face de l'hôtel. Tout est fourni dans la salle de bain : gel douche, shampooing, lait corps, sèche cheveux. […] Table à repasser et fer dans la chambre.
