I stayed in this hotel because it hosted a conference at which I had to make a presentation. There is no convenience like that of staying in the hotel that hosts an event in which one is particpating. Moreover, the hotel itself is truly well-kept, and is designed for comfort, but we all have come to expect that of Radisson, and we volitinally pay for […] it. Indeed, the hotel's failings have nothing to do with the property itself; they have everything to do with the location of the hotel. Whilst the Atashehir section of Istanbul is touted by the city fathers to be "emerging," it has yet to actually "emerge." There are nothing but construction sites and new residential buildings within kilometres of the hotel. Allegedly, there is public transit nearby, but I abandoned my search after a 15-minute walk. As such, I was relegated to dependence upon taxis, which, in a suburban location like Atashehir, is an expensive proposition. My verdict? Stay here if you have business here, or if some benefactor is furnishing you a chauffeur. Otherwise, you might care to reconsider, lest you learn in earnest that, in the selection of a hotel, it really is all about "location, location, location." Read more

The area the hotel is located is going through CONSIDERABLE development.. literally new skyscrapers under construction all around it 7 days a week. While the soundproofing meant that I didn't really hear any noise inside the hotel, the whole place is covered in construction dust and it's not pleasant to site outside. The indoor swimming pool and hammam […] are nice although the staff down there are grumpy to say the least. If you need to get into Istanbul it's a schlep - the traffic is Istanbul is so bad that it can take over an hour by cab. The ferry to the city is 15-30 cab ride away. There is a shuttle bus to Taxim and back once a day and I found this to be very good (but only if you want to leave at 1030 and return at 4pm). Rooms comfortable though. Read more

the hotel is really nice, excellent room and spa, with very kind staff. the location is not close to most touristic places (except prince's islands), but is definitively worth for a couple of days of relax or for business.

I arrived late evening, but there were plenty of staff on hand. Check in was quite a long procedure and as I had been travelling all day I was keen to get to my room for a shower. At check in they offered an upgrade for additional charge, which i declined owing to the fact that the majority of benefits offered were already included in the room rate […] I had booked - this is where the constant selling began. The room itself was excellent (apart from the broken air conditioning), v.comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good wardrobe with a good quality iron and board. The shower was good and the usual Radisson Blu amenities were provided, which I think smell really nice. I ordered a room service club sandwich which was dissapointing. This was 2 qtrs and a handful of fries - It took the edge off, but could have been bigger. The selling continued when ordering my dinner - would I like a salad, would I like a dessert, would I like anything to drink, would I like to order breakfast for the morning? These guys are a corporate dream, but it starts to annoy pretty quickly. Free wifi which is very good; nice and quick. The last point of note was that bathroom amenities were not restocked. I had used some when I arrived but these were not replenished in the morning. Free bottled water and a nespresso machine in the room were nice touches. A few little bits and pieces which can be improved and nothing unpleasant. I would certainly be prepared to give it another try. Read more

Absolutely fantastic! Only stayed 1 night as we were attending a Leonard Cohen concert at the Ulker Arena. Room was spacious and the shower was a joy (I live on a boat so it was especially luxurious to me). The staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English and were totally professional. So much selection at the buffet breakfast I didn't know where […] to start! Would highly recommend this hotel. Read more
