Shular Inn gave me everything I expected and more. This was my first trip to Pigeon Forge, I planned a surprise getaway for my boyfriend's birthday. Even though we checked in late the service was awesome they even gave us suggestions for a couple late night eats in the area. The room completely blew us away! On top of the extra comfortable king sized […] bed and huge jacuzzitub Iin the room, they also have a 24hour indoor pool with sauna and hot tub. Overall I couldn't have asked for more especially being right on the strip to fun activities and shopping. The only issue would be parking in comparison to our room but if you turn in early you're sure to get a great spot. I will definitely stay here again without a doubt! Read more

Hotel was in excellent location. Multiple attractions (including LazerPort) and restaurants (Firehouse Subs, TGI Fridays) were within easy walking distance. The bedroom was great. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. The outdoor and 24 hour indoor pools were very nice. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The floor was filthy. […] It had obviously not been swept or mopped. The bathtub was extremely slow to drain. I took a shower and the water was at my ankles by the time I turned the water off. The bathroom was not stocked with any items such as soap, shampoo, or conditioner. If the bathroom floor had been cleaner, I would have said this hotel was the best value I'd ever found in a hotel. The bedroom and amenities were on par with a room that cost almost twice as much. Sadly, the bathroom wasn't up to par with the rest of the hotel. Read more

We thought everything was great. The only thing that was a little out of place was going out of the building and across a not very busy street to eat breakfast at another building. Once you do though, there is a large room with lots to chose from.

Nice hotel for the price, comfortable room. TV and wireless internet worked well. Both pool areas were very nice. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was a good size.

I needed a place to stay with a good internet connection for work.. At no point did the signal break.. I had to early check in to get started at 330 and they had no problem at all helping out with that..

Hotel was located on the main strip of Pigeon Forge. It has two buildings with a road that separates them. The pictures on here (hotels.com) are for the back buliding across the road. The rooms were nice. The breakfast area is located in the bulilding across the road. They had just one person working to keep all the food stocked. She was running crazy […] and many times things were out. We stayed here 6 nights over spring break and it was crazy busy. Definately more help for breakfast. The food was ok. If you request towel at night you have to go across the road and pick them up if there is no staff to do it. The inside pool is very small. Outside pool looks nice. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. . The ice maker on the 2nd floor was not working yet. Seen this in the previous commments from months ago. Had to go to either the 3 or 4th floor to get ice. The first two day house keeping just set clean towels on the counter in the bathroom and didn't even make the beds. Overall it was a good stay for the money. Would not stay here again. Would stay somewhere less busy. Read more

We were very pleased with the Shuler Inn. The location was great - close to everything, yet quiet at night. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of items to choose from - and very tasty. The beds were beautiful and quite comfy. We utilized the fridge and microwave, too!

The only complaint I had was I was a single woman with two children and I was placed in the last room from the elevators or stairs on the fourth floor of the annex building. It didn't feel like the safest location.

I would definately book this hotel again. There are 2 buildings we were a little leary as Building A was not remodeled according to the hotel when we called but we felt it was very up to date and clean.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay with the kids ... The pool is open 24hrs ... Breakfast is great lots of choices.. perfect location right in the middle of the strip .. beds very comfortable .. and price is great !!! Definitely recommend.. I will go back if I'm ever in the area again.

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. the Shular had a great free breakfast in the morning. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking directly outside the room (we had to walk from one side of the hotel to the other as there was no parking lot on our side.
