We stay at this hotel every year for a convention we attend and while the price is good and neighborhood is tons of fun I really wish they had larger bed option for two poeple and they only provide 3 pillows which doesn't make much sense - shouldn't each person have the same amount? I asked for an additional pillow and was told there were none.

I have stayed here several times when visiting my son who lives in Phoenixville. On three visits the TV either has not had a remote or the remote only worked for volume and channels, but not for power on/off. The staff are always eager to help to the extent possible. Very friendly, and you can't beat the location and price. Surprisingly quiet, too!

room was ok , I am a non smoker and walking to my room I would smell the smoke, also when I was in my room smoke smell did drift into my room .

The best thing about the hotel is that it is within walking distance of concerts, restaurants and bars on Bridge St. in Phoenixville. Hotel is inexpensive but don't expect much. It's older our room was freezing and missing towels when we arrived. Both issues were quickly addressed. Staff was accessible and helpful!

Phoenixville, Pa is a quaint town. So close Philly and yet retains its charm.I was within 5 miles of my destination, and the ease of getting there was great.The restaurant below the hotel was excellent. Medium price and excellent food and service.

Ask for renovated room and you'll be fine. Really the only hotel in town. I've stayed in a lot better but could've done much worse. Happy with my stay here.

Hotel is located in the heart of Phoenixville, surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's outdated interior, not the best looking rooms and bathrooms and basically below average service didn't discourage us from staying there. Great location in nice walkable town. Restaurants, shops nearby on Bridge Street. Good for a weekend, particularly if there's an event of interest nearby. Small queen room is similar in size to European hotel rooms. Not big enough for a party, but plenty of room for downtime and sleep. I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It is the perfect place to stay if you're in town for a show at The Colonial or want to check out Main Street. Plenty of big pillows. Even though no elevator the stairs were not too bad to walk. They were wide and not too steep. You do have to be there early to get a parking place at the motel. Staff very friendly. Need a little bit bigger sign for hotel. All we saw was the restaurant and bar sign. Went around corner 3 times before we realized it was the motel. […] Sign needed on the side. Nice place, supposedly owned by the richest family in town, located on the main street in town, walking distance from all local shops and bars. Oddly make sure everyone checks their microwaves. Haha, cause randomly checking mine in the room, I discovered a mini microwaveable pizza sitting in there. In the heart of Phoenixville. A street festival was going on when we arrived. We enjoyed it, others may not like the noise. Parking was across the street, presumably due to the festival. A quaint little town and inn.

Great location! Right in the heart of Phoenixville, surrounded by restaurants with outdoor seating, shopping, and interesting sidestreets. The ice machine is located at the front desk, but all the staff were extremely pleasant and uplifting.

Parking can be a problem, but overall it was an okay hotel. No elevator, so if you want non-smoking rooms, you have to climb stairs. The staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and not very hard like some hotels we have stayed in. Nice for the price!

Rummet var kallt när vi kom dit. Frukosten som skulle ingå var endast muffins, frukt och kaffe så vi fick äta frukost på en restaurang istället för att få i oss något ordentligt. En liten småstad där inte så mycket hände, men passade oss bra när vi bara bodde där på vägen till vår nästa destination.

Les plus : le prix, hotel plutôt calme Les moins : Hotel éloigné du centre de Philadelphie, pas évident à trouver. Petit déjeuner "continental" annoncé se traduit par 2 sortes de gateaux sucrés + thé/café.... Autant dire, sans petit déjeuner.
