    The Sea Breeze Hotel and Condo is located on the main script in Tybee Island, GA. Only 50 yards away from the beach, our rooms are centered around our beautiful pool, which is the largest on Tybee Island. The hotel is only yards away from shopping, bar and grilles, and famous restaurants, with Wet Willies opening soon at our unique properties. Come and relax with us for great service and a wonderful atmosphere. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The elevators will be out of service until February 25, 2013. We apologize for any inconvenience.
