The hotel is nearly new and it great shape. The rooms are large and well furnished. The full breadfast was excellent. You will need to make a short drive to the downtown area.

This hotel is new and very well designed. The room with balcony is large, comfortable, and very clean. Good pillows, two firm and two soft on King bed so you have a choice. We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for a couple of nights and found it to be a very pleasant place. We knew it wasn't right on Main Street in Fredericksburg, but that wasn't an issue. Our room on the second floor was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable as was the couch in the sitting area. We didn't need two flat screen TVs, but we had them […] if we needed them. The temperature was a little difficult to control. The wall thermostat controlled a unit by the window and we had to turn it way up to get heat and way down for air. The weather may have contributed to that as it was cool in the mornings and warmer in the afternoons so you couldn't leave the thermostat on either heat or cool. The weather wasn't conducive to using the pool but it is an outstanding pool. I think it would be nice to return at a time when we could use the pool and request a room on the pool side of the hotel. Ours wasn't, but in the early summer a room with a balcony overlooking the pool would make for a nice place to relax. The breakfast area was bright, spacious and clean. The breakfast was about average but the things that were supposed to be hot were hot and the cold items cold. Read more

This hotel is just four months old, but at this point, it is wonderful.....clean and beautiful. The outdoor area is one of the prettiest I've ever seen......3 fire pits, large rambling pool and a hot tub. I almost felt as if I were at a resort.

After having a minor booking issue online with Hotels dot com, the front desk staff was super helpful and was able to get our room switched to fit our needs better. They also pointed out some fun activities to do while in town and later, even fetched some hot chocolate for my wife because she was cold. Showed up early because they said we could do early check-in got there was not ready. Came back hour later like they said, room still not ready by this time, had wasted time for hanging out and stores were closing. Staff was extremely rude and non-caring. They ruined our vacation in Fredericksburg.

Stayed in mid-October with 4 and 5 year old daughters. Super clean. Pool area looked awesome but it was a little chilly for us to try. Breakfast was good. Beds were a little tall for little ones but we all slept and nobody fell out of bed. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Fredericksburg.

The pool is awesome for families, slides and river were very fun. We went Sept 15th and it was cold for swimming but kids still enjoyed it. Would be great during summer. Hotel was nice, new and clean. Breakfast was a little disappointment compared to the hotel, frozen waffles, bagels, bread, gravy biscuits and eggs. The pancake maker wasn't working […] right, they came out of what looked like a rolling press, didn't look too appealing so we all passed. Would of preferred waffle maker or even griddle for pancakes to be made on. We love breakfast especially waffles and pancakes. Of course there is always the option of going out for breakfast. We walked to Main St. Really wasn't bad , just a few places did not have side walks and signs of no walking on grass. Kids range 18yrs, 7, 6 and two adults. Read more

Good new hotel. Stayed in a suite and it was nice and comfortable, except for bed being a little hard. Pool looked good for kids with two small slides. Decent morning breakfast as well. I would stay there again.

Great facility !! Fantastic pool area, felt like I was at a resort without the high cost. And it included breakfast. What a deal, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend and would stay again when in the Fredericksburg area.

This is a new hotel with fantastic rooms and friendly helpful staff. The pool area is wonderful with a lazy river and waterfall. It is an easy walk from this location to the Main St. activities. We were very pleased and would stay at this hotel again.

This is a brand new hotel, so everything is new and so therefore there are also little things that they haven't worked out yet..... There was one wall in our room where the plugs didnt work or the lights...I think they havent even finished installing everything in the hotel. BUT THE POOL is amazing! Slide and lazy river!! And at night on our balcony […] looking over the pool we could sit out there and there were flames coming out on the slide! (they were supposed to be there!)
