The hotel is in a great location for shopping, we didn't venture any further than the surrounding area as we were only there for the day. The staff are also extremely helpful. The airline has lost my baggage and were going to deliver the next evening. The concierge staff called up the airline to ensure that it was going to be delivered. When it had not turned up, the staff and called around and accepted delivery of my luggage at 1am! A big thank you to the concierge staff for taking car of this for me!

Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

We got the 2 bedroom unit so it came w the dining area, small kitchen and living room, conducive for family chat, card games at night. can do light cooking as well. overall it was very comfortable and on the last day we were even treated to a lion dance..

"Small Room but a Great Hotel Overall"
We stayed here for 4 nights in March of 2013. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again as you can't beat the price nor location. Very clean and we didn't notice any noises until around 9 or 10 in the morning. Walking distance to about 300 malls (the city of malls, right?!), Petronas Towers, tons of restaurants including famous North American chains. […] Felt very safe and secure. Only to advise people, the rooms are small and I don't believe many (or any) have windows. The bathroom is small and the shower has no separate space so the toilet gets soaked but it works just fine. I just needed a room downtown and didn't want to pay much. It worked. The room is small, about as small as you can get while still fitting in a bed, small desk and bathroom all side by side. "Ok for backpacking but not a family hotel"
The hotel was fine for what I needed as a budget hotel for a few days! It was a bit shabby but the room was clean and fine and matched the description I was expecting! The bàthroom was quite shabby with a poor shower which is a shame after experiencing the humidity of kl a good shower was needed! 저렴하고 위치또한 좋은데요~창문없는것도 방이 좁다는것도 알고 호텔 예약을 했지만 다른부분들이 좀 짜증스럽더라구요 욕실에 목욕용품 제공안되있어서 개인적으로 챙겨갖던 목욕용품들 썼구요~타올도 매일 갈아달라고 해야 한장 방으로 갖다주는데 청소를 남자들이해서 그런지 새타올을 받아도 냄새가 나요~ 드라이기도 로비가서 빌려야되고 커피한잔 마실려면 1층 정수기로 오르락내리락~ 다리미에 끈끈한것이 늘러붙어있어서 다림질 할수도 없고...근처에 큰호텔도 많던데~몇푼아낀다고 이호텔 예약한거 후회했어요...Genuine Hotels.com guest review
