Good location and pretty property with large rooms. The two things we did not like was first that there wasn't any AC only heat. We went in winter but it was still warm and muggy sonit was needed. Sleeping with the windows open was noisy and not fun. Second was the shower water temperature. It just would not stay warm. It kept fluctuating from cold to hot no matter how I adjusted it.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a family gathering in Spain. The service was superb, from making reservations to giving directions. It is beyond beautiful and perfectly located. Only a few minutes walk to all tourist attractions. Last but not least...the BAR is great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Customer service was wonderful. each and every single member of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help us. the apartment itself, I loved it. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, and the location couldn't be better (right beside the cathedral). The reception office is in a different location from the actual apartments about a block away, but the only good thing about that was that since it is right in front of the cathedral and the building has a really nice terrace we had access to it and we took some wonderful pictures from there. If I ever go back to Sevilla I would definitely stay there again. Loved it.

You can't beat the location - charm galore. Loved the rooftop bar. We had room 1 off the lobby which was uniquely shaped. High windows so a little odd. The upstairs loft futon is not really comfortable to sleep on. Don't know what the other rooms are like. In the pedestrian area, very cool decor.

A clean, modernized room in an old building. The room is small (efficiently so), but very comfortable, and very, very centrally located. The triple room had a loft bedroom, the room had terrifically high ceilings, staff was charming and helpful.

Nice hotel, bit difficult to find - but whole of Seville is tricky to find your way round. Note that on the tourist map North is on the left of the map, not the top! Central location. Comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Nice views from roof terrace. Downside - breakfast was poor choice (white sliced bread only!) and started 30 minutes after it was […] supposed to do. We ate breakfast out for 3 of the 4 days. Street noise was a serious problem for us. Bin men at about 5am, banging bins and loud voices. Noise continued wtih street cleaners, motorbikes and voices from then on until we arose at 7.30/8 am. Some late night noise too. Could be that it was because our room was no1, ground floor front. A small cozy hotel with newrenovated rooms tastefully decorated. Located in the heart of the city in a street without traffic. And not at least we got a real Nordic duvet from Ikea, perfect :-).We will be happy to return to this hotel the next time we visit the city.

There is not much isolation in the rooms, and you can hear pretty much everything going on outside the room. Nevertheless, the rooms were very tidy and modern and the roof top terrace was nice.

Besöket skedde under Påskhelgen med allt det stök detta innebär i Sevilla. Hotellets läge mycket nära katedralen och gamla stan är perfekt. Vi reser mycket och bor på hotell i olika kvalité. Detta är ett mindre hotell, men ett något dyrare alternativ - värt varenda krona.

Rummet var mycket bra och rent. Läget perfekt och trevlig personal. Sängen var skön,. Frukosten är dock inte värd 9 eu men det vimlar av trevliga ställen i närheten. Vi sâg ingen trappa för gästerna, utan bara hiss. Men vi bodde pâ bottenvâningen sâ det var ok för oss. Kanske finns nâgon trappa...

Par contre, le confort de la chambre en matière de chauffage et de courants d'air est insuffisant pour la période. Je finirai par le petit déjeuner, et confirme les avis précédents. Sumamente cordiales y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que enfrenta el huésped. Internet gratis en las habitaciones. El único detalle es que los colchones no son de buena calidad. Palacio Alcazar is een echte aanrader. Kleinschalig, mooie moderne kamers met alle comfort, fantastisch dakterras met uitzicht op de Giralda (100 meter). Parkeren onmogelijk want midden in het centrum, dichstbijzijnde parkeergarage 375 meter. Als wij weer naar Sevilla gaan, gaan we 100% zeker weer naar Palacio Alcazar

Klein hotel met eigen dakterras, heelijk in de avond en met uitzicht op de Giralda toren. De lokatie is heel goed als je naar alcazar wil. Pesoneel is heel behulpzaam.

A small cozy hotel with newrenovated rooms tastefully decorated. Located in the heart of the city in a street without traffic. And not at least we got a real Nordic duvet from Ikea, perfect :-).We will be happy to return to this hotel the next time we visit the city.

Nous sommes allé dans cet hotel le jour de son ouverture. Tout était neuf. L'emplacement est hallucinant à 100m de la Giralda que l'on voyait de notre lit et de l'Alcazar et des bar à tapas. 2 bémols ; la cuisine n'était pas opérationnelle donc pas de petit déjeuner La lumière de la "sortie de secours" (surement une nouvelle norme) qui se trouve dans […] la chambre est une LED assez forte qui éclaire littéralement la chambre... Les amateurs de nuit noires seront déçu. Enfin, avec une feuille de papier et une chaise, on arrive facilement à la cacher... Read more
