was not bad for the money, looks like they are remodeling motel, did find a roach on my towel, but the sprayed the room the next day. In a good neighborhood. Breakfast was toast juice coffee and waffles.

The staff did not inform me at check-in that there was no running water. When I called they could only tell me that they were wroking on it. The room was damp, smelly and old.

Excellent location, easy to find,close to many restaurants, close to highway 41, close to Edison-Ford Estate. Great rate! Breakfast consisted of make your own waffle, or toast and beverages which was adequate for the lighter eater. Very helpful staff.

staff was friendly, they had a light breakfast served with coffee and oj and waffles, refridgerator and microwave was available and working properly in the room and the locks on the door worked properly also.

Stayed here for 4 days for work and never coming back to this place. I had to go to the lobby 5 times to complain about my room. 1st room they gave me smelled like cat urine, 2nd room was the deadbolt didnt work. I had to keep switching rooms to find the right one that was are least decent. If you want to pay the least amount on a hotel, this will be it. It's old, smells, rooms falling apart and not clean. I would not recommend.

My fourth stay at Knights Inn (N. Ft. Myers). Spacious room, clean but prior occupants' candle drip had not been cleaned from the rug. Pool pleasant but unattended. I am not picky. This motel is good value but not to invite the Duck and Duchess of Windsor!

When I book this hotel I ask disable parking and they put me in the back that room was not even ready then they moved me in a room the air did not work so we moved again I findly got a room with disable parking one day later the air went had to put another one in the only one knew what was going on Walter thank God for him

you get what you pay: cheap and clean, but no great additional stuff; beware: although hotels.com says so, hotel has NO health club, NO fitness facility, NO business center and NO complimentary breakfast!!! I can only complain about their WiFi being down.

When you are bargain shopping for a motel, you can't go into the place expecting the Mariott. This place was a little rickety but dry. The AC unit was noisy and the floorboards needed replacing. I'm an RN working a new job at a local hospital, night shift, and needed a place to stay between shifts til I can relocate permanently. No early check-in allowed, I slept in my truck for 5-hours waiting for my pre-reserved room after working all night. A family 'living' 5-doors down decided to banish their children to the parking lot to play all day. […] A busted spring from the mattress stuck me in my leg. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant, but the rooms smelled strongly like dogs and mold. I asked to switch rooms after walking in the first time, and they were happy to help me, but the second room was just as bad as the first. I don't think the carpets have ever been cleaned and the hotel looks like it's been there at least 30 years.

Friendly and professional staff. The evening manager, Rae, she runs a tight ship. The pool and deck are comfortable and clean. Ice machines never ran out of ice. This is my home away from home at North Fort Myers. Low low cost, great value.

Zimmerservice und Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich, pünktlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, war, dass im Nachbarzimmer wohl eine Dame mit großen Hund für längere Zeit wohnte. Der Hund war den ganzen Tag im Zimmer eingesperrt und hat jeden Morgen laut gebellt.
