We had the "two bedroom condo" and it was more than spacious. The apartment was equipped with a mini-kitchen and two single sofa beds in the living room, as well as a full dining room table and sofa chair. It's perfect for family stays. The staff and service were also exemplary.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Though not on the beach (there are no real beaches in La Rochelle), the hotel faces the harbor, giving you a scenic, peaceful, view from your window (get a room with a balcony -- even better). The hotel reception personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for a map of the area and suggestions for parking in town. There are really no eating options close to the hotel (no coffee maker in the room either), but town is a short drive away. Parking is on premises and wi-fi is accessible in your room.

The good Walking distance form the old town Nice size room Clean nice towels and linen Good size room Nice modern TV 2 News English channels Air Con Good reading light The bad Poor amenities No refrigerator The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The European style covers were very heavy for this time of year. There are all one piece so you can’t take just the sheet. Too hot with the cover and too cold without it made for a very uncomfortable night. Even though this was the most expensive hotel so far, breakfast was not included and at 12 Euros a person very high for what they served. Parking is also an extra 8 Euros

We stayed for a night in April and we're initially quite impressed with the place. Modern, clean rooms with good facilities and a lovely pool with... loungers for the sun-lovers. Also had secure off-road parking which was nice. Its also worth noting that the hotel is in a small village with only a single, small restaurant open at this time of year. The problems came when we returned from our dinner to find the walls had so little sound proofing that we could hear our neighbour snoring in his sleep! Breakfast was also a disappointing cake/bread/yoghurt/canned fruit affair. On the whole the place had great potential but was let down by a few important details. Beautifull hotel, all rooms are at ground level , with some privicy if you decide to sit outside. Also a beatifull swimming pool. located away from the busy tourist center of the island, but not to far. Recommand to rent bikes to tour the island. Good service, but don't forget to bring face clothes with you, hotels in France do not supply it.

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre et d'un équipement tout neufs, l'hôtel n'avait pas encore été inauguré quand nous sommes arrivés. La disposition des pièces est parfaite et la résidence à quelques pas d'une superbe plage... Un régal.
