Very good hotel with friendly staff. Nice relaxing walk from hotel to town over Milennium Bridge. Didn't try food, but bar is nicely laid out and relaxing.

Lovely place. Will try to book again. we had guests for breakfast and paid a very reasonable price and let them know and they were wonderful. we had to eat at 5:30 am on check out day and we told them we wouldnt be there for breakfast and they insisted on leaving us milk in our refrig so we could at least have cereal and coffee before we left. Very thoughtful and accomodating. the bed was comfortable.

I was initially very impressed with the place. It's new looking, well located for the Universities of Northumbria and Newcastle, rooms are ok sized for Europe and are well set out. The problem is WIFI. The free WIFI on the third floor worked intermittenylt on the first day of my stay and not on the other two days. My (very new) PC picked it up beautifully on the 2nd floor (hall) and in the lobby. All they could do was "reset it", by which I suppose they meant cycle the power. It was a great inconvenience.

"Can't fault it"
Rooms were basic and not the best area. But cheap as chips, the owner was a nice bloke. Only £3 in a taxi to the quayside and a 10 minute walk from digital nightclub.. Can't go wrong! Managed to fit 3 cars in their secure car park. Would go againGenuine Expedia guest review

This establishment is a hostel raher than a hotel.It's fine for single guys wanting to crash out after a stag night...But it's basic...there were no towels in the room,no breakfast although they advertises one and unfinished pints of lager from the night before had been left in reception when I checked out....Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"redelijk dicht bij treinstation"
