Great friendly staff, good food , great location, mattress and pillows unacceptable

We arrived early and were able to check in. Everything seemed really nice at first, nice pub/restaurant. Went to the room which had fantastic views, right on the corner, so could see the harbour one way and the boating lake the other. Each window had a seat. Once we had unpacked, noticed it wasn't clean, the windows were black round the edge and they […] just needed a really good clean. The ensuite was a partition area with shower, toilet and basin, again it felt grubby and needed a good clean. We didn't use the shower as it just felt grubby, there was a leak from the basin which made the whole floor wet. Once we got to bed, which was a 4 poster, we ended up squashed in the middle!! So sleep was a challenge, made more difficult with the noise from the bar which had a karoake night and seemed to get louder after 11pm and carried on until about 2am. We reported the leak in the shower cubicle which wasn't properly sorted and continued to leak. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but it was always busy and food looked good. Read more

The shower was cold and dirty as was the bedding and floors. No cash back facility at the bar and parking is difficult as the parking spaces has to be vacated by 09.00 in the morning. Will not be returning.

Did not expect to be staying in a pub with rooms - this is not a hotel, no parking whatsoever proved a real headache as the car had to moved until after 6pm - do not remember anything about that when I booked it. The 'en suite' was no more than a cupboard, shower basin really old, sink taps were pathetic old and did not work properly. I was extremely […] disappointed and if there had been somewhere else to go i would have left. When we returned at 11.45 pm there was a very loud kareoke session - had to put the TV on to drown out the noise. Has really put me off booking on the internet again.Staff were pleasant enough. On our arrival we were amazed to find young men drinking outside - this is a very scruffy part of Littlehampton. Read more

The hotel details said that it had undergone various updates with new bed linen but this was not the case for our accommodation and found it to be old and mis-matching. We also experienced very load music on the Friday and especially the Saturday night from disco and found we could not sleep until the early hours of the morning. 제가 가려던 곳과 정반대에 위치해서 교통비가 좀 나왔습니다. 아래층이 술집이어서 좀 시끄러운 면이 있었는데 알고보니 드나드는 출입구는 술집옆에 위치해있어 일일이 술집안에 들어갈 필요는 없었습니다.처음 체크인할때만 들어가면 됩니다.술집이 너무 늦게까지는 영업을 안해서 그런대로 잠자는데 방해는 안했습니다. 그것만 빼면 깨끗하고 안락했습니다.창문밖 풍경이 아름답고 공기도 바다 바로 옆이라 신선했습니다. 갈매기가 날구요.^^
