Very cosy, the rooms being, perhaps, a little cramped if travelling with a full load of baggage. However, the rooms, facilities and general ambience were excellent. The proprieters are very welcoming, fieindly and helpful which, for a stranger to Birmingham, makes things much easier. Nice and friendly B&B for a flying visit, just an over night stay but made to feel very welcome and comfortable, not disrupted and a nice breakfast in the morning. A nice swift entrance and exit, just what I required.

We found the Guest House to be perfect for our needs. The owners Micheal and Marlene were friendly, informative and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with en suite. Breakfast was excellent and we were treated like one of the family. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A really nice b&b, was a little bit tricky for my friend who dropped me to find but my cab driver had no problem getting around, it's only about 10-15mins drive from town, ideal for me as I was attending a wedding less than 10mins away. The room was clean with plenty of fluffy towels and a very hot shower, (even at 2am), which is of vital importance […] to me. The pressure of the shower could have been better though, it wasn't super strong. I could have also done with a duvet on the bed, the quilt was a bit thin and I couldn't get the radiator high enough so my bedroom was a bit cold and the mattress was a bit lumpy. Full veggie english in the morning went down an absolute treat and Michael and Marlene were lovely hosts who kept me company during my breakfast. Great value for money, I would certainly stay here again. Read more

Die "Herbergseltern" Michael und Marlene sind hervorragende Gastgeber und sorgen für alles, was man in einem Guesthouse erwartet. Der Service und die Ausstattung der Zimmer sind sehr einfach, aber komplett. Die hervorragende Anbindung an den Flughafen/NEC durch die Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus machten diese Unterkunft zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis […] für mich. Es gibt Supermärkte und Pubs in der Nähe. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist zwar laut, aber die Fenster gut schalldicht. Einzige Einschränkung: Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig, d.h. man bekommt sehr gut mit, wann die anderen Gäste ins Bett gehen bzw. aufstehen. Read more

typisches Bed & Breakfirst Hotel mit Familienanschluss. Einfach, weiches Bett, aber mit TV. Für 1 Nacht ok. Unbedingt auf ein Zimmer achten, was nicht zur Strasse zeigt, da die Hauptstrasse die ganze Nacht stark befahren ist! Dafür hält der Bus vom Flughafen direkt neben dem Hotel. Am besten anrufen. Sehr nette Inhaber.
