Traveling on a budget slightly above backpacking and this hotel met all the requirements. It was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in with clean comfortable beds and great service. Don't go in expecting a 5-star hotel, but rather a retreat like staying over at a friend's. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and the location is just a few short blocks from the night market and Pub Street.

I really didn't know what to expect and I have to say I was suprised. The arrival lime drink with it's lemon grass straw was divine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Parry, who was so kind and attentive. The breakfast room staff were also delightful. Perhaps the breakfast could be a little bit more elaborate but it was sufficient for […] me. I just supplemented it with my own fruit. They were happy to bring me hot water as I had my own teabags, and give me a little bit of milk. Also adding an extra egg for the Sunset Breakfast(It only had one egg). Additionally, I was able to get ice here for early evening drinks in my room before going out. Considering the price paid the room was very comfortable. The hot water surges constantly a little during use but this may be the nature of this type of system. The pillows themselves could have been more 'fresh'. Wi-fi in rooms worked really well. The price the hotel was quoting for tuk-tuks were the same as on the street, well to me they were. The staff perhaps do try to sell their own product but that's their job I guess. Citronella oil is burned in the rooms to deter mosquitoes though this was far too pungent for me. I had to have it removed. If you end up doing the same, don't forget to bring mozzie repellent. They are everywhere. Can be bought in local pharmacies, but cheaper in the big supermarkets. Read more

We enjoyed our stay very much and found the staff most helpful. There were just 2 things which would improve our enjoyment: 1. Better lighting in the bedroom as it is not bright enough to read. 2. Make a second cup af tea at breakfast complimentary.

We were greeted at the door like welcome guests. The hotel is in a grest place, within walking distance of resaurants, markets and shops. The layout and cleanliness is outstanding and the staff could not be more friendly or helpful. The rooms are small, but guests mix in the shared space and chat and share stories. 今回、１週間ほどの休暇で、カンボジア・タイを周遊し、その中で２泊させて頂きました。空港への送迎は事前にお願いしておけば問題ありません。私はトゥクトゥクで送迎して頂きました。空港～ホテル間は約15分くらいです。このホテルには日本語の話せる責任者の方がおり、対応頂けます。おそらくam9:30からpm7:00くらいはホテルにおります。それ以外の時間帯は不在のようです。私はアーリーチェックインができ（am9:30頃）その日の予定と次の日の観光スケジュールを組んで頂けました。日本語でしたので大変助かりました。　部屋は思っていた以上にキレイでした。　ホテル自体２階建てのこじんまりしたホテルで、ホテルのフロント付近で靴を脱ぎ、後は裸足での生活でした。かえって気持ちよかったです。　インターネットのできるPC […] が３台あり、日本語も使用できました。　オールドマーケットやパブストリートにも近く、便利でした。　マイナス面を探すのが逆に難しいホテルです。　ぜひまた利用させていただきたいホテルです。 Read more

2011年にできた20部屋位のミニホテルです。 新しいので外観も室内もきれいでアジアテイストを基調にしたデザインで統一されています。フロントで靴を脱ぐ日本の旅館のようなスタイルで廊下や室内も清潔感が保たれてます。エアコンやテレビは日本や韓国の製品が使われています。バスタブはありませんが、各部屋に給湯器があります。WI-FI・パソコンがあるので情報収集やメールなど行えます。シーツやまくらカバーは毎日交換されていて、清潔です。朝食は2階のレストランで20種類位から選びます。どれもおいしかったです。朝・昼・夜に営業しているようです。屋上は木や花が植えられており、くつろぎのスペースとなっています。 スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。廊下やフロントで会うと気さくに話してくれます。ミニホテルなので宿泊客 […] とスタッフの距離が近く、安心できます。日本語が話せるスタッフもいるみたいですが、私はお会いしませんでした。 オールドマーケットやパブストリートなどに徒歩で行け、近くには商店やコンビニ、両替などがあります。 ホテルに連絡すれば、トゥクトゥクで空港に迎えに来てくれます。 Read more
