our 2 bed apartment looked reasonably clean. But during our stay, my 2 children who were sleeping in same bed, started having this itch & rash, which we thought could have been bed bugs cuz kids have no allergies, no other skin issues( I am a doctor myself). Rash started to get better once we moved from the hotel after our stay.Other possibility could be birds fleas as we went to the bird park once while our stay in KL(but me & my husband did not have any rash despite close contact with birds). Therefore its difficult to say what exactly it was. Location was good( near shopping centres) but Surroundings are not ideal for a family with kids(night club next door, & half naked girls roaming around for buisiness on the road at night.

Was more than happy with everything at the hotel. We didnt arrive until 3am but the staff were very helpful, and the room was very nice, although i have to say, the bed was very hard, but we had no problem sleeping in it. Nice pool area as well, although a weird walk to get to it. Great service from the buggy drivers to and from the airport. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here.
