    We, family with 2 small children, stayed for a 1 night stop at the Active cabin hotel on our trip from Stavanger to Trysil on 18/2/2012. Good hotel with... friendly and helpfull staff at the reception desk. It is a pity there is no restaurant in the hotel, but the center of Tønsberg is very close (5 minutes by car). Litt trangt, men trivelig med TV-krok med sofa.Imidlertid ble vi skuffet over at det ene lekerommet (for småbarn) var stengt mens vi var der. De brukte bilder fra dette rommet i reklamen, og det var derfor vi valgte dette hotellet for oss og vår snart 2 år gamle sønn. […] Passe gangavstand til sentrum, men området rundt hotellet er ikke spesielt fint, mye industri. Utrolig stille og rolig om natta, ikke noe problem å sove med vindu åpent. Kommer nok til å reise hit igjen, når gutten vår blir større. Read more

    Jeg angrer at vi kom så seint at vi ikke hadde tid til badeland og treningsfasilitet tilknyttet dette hotellet! Fine rom, god frokost, hyggelig resepsjonsansatt. Eneste å klage på var at termostaten på rommet var satt til 15-17 grader når vi kom, litt i kaldeste laget.

    Badelandet var populært! Lekelandet fikk vi ikke tid til å prøve. Veldig bra at hotellets gjester har fri adgang til disse. Fint at de har familierom. Frokosten hadde ok utvalg til å være tre stjerner, pluss for oppdelt frukt. Hyggelig personale!

    Allt var bra. Trevlig persnal, bra rum. Dock minus för att man fick betala extra för frukosten. Lite tråkigt läge med tanke på omgivningen dvs. industriomrde. Plus för att det var gratis tillgång till bad och gym. Lite störande ljud från spring i korridorerna, minus för att man var tvungen att låsa med kortet, man är lite ovan vid det då dörrrarna på […] andra hotell låses automatiskt när du slår igen dörren, lätt att glömma.     Jeg trengte et hotel i Tønsberg med parkeringsplass uten tillegg i prisen, og da ble valget enkelt : Active Hotel. Beliggenhet i gangavstand fra stedet jeg skulle besøke i byen var også utslagsgivende. Hotellets plassering i absolutt rolige omgivelser gjør at jeg kommer tilbake til dette hotellet i nærmeste fremtid.

Frühstück sehr gut und für Norwegen noch relativ […] preiswert. Nutzung des kleinen Schwimmbades inklusive. Ca. eine Stunde Anreise nach Oslo absolut im Rahmen für einen Tagesausflug.     Hotellet var fullbooket denne helgen og vi fikk en liten lugar for to personer. Det var helt greit,selv om det var ganske trangt. Servicen på hotellet var veldig bra og frokosten var også veldig bra. Bare noen få hundre meter fra Tønsberg. Kommer helt sikkert itlbake
