Truly non-smoking room, unlike many others I've been to in China. Clean room and shower stall. Basic necessities included. Power outlets accommodate US-style 3 prong plugs without need for adapters. Decent AYCE breakfast with decent offerings that alternate daily.

This hotel is a great location. So much to do within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and could speak English. The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. It was quiet and had a nice view (I was on the 18th floor.) The breakfast was ok but I came in when it was busy so not much was available. Hotel was within walking distance to nanjing Lu shopping stretch. About 10 mins away. Located next to subway , but we took taxis most of the time. Free breakfast and wifi at hotel was a plus for us. They also allowed late check out till 2pm. Overall a satisfactory stay.

We love our stay in China, and Holiday Inn Express at Heping has made this possible for my family and me. The hotel is near Nanjing Road, Tianjin's main shopping belt and there are many eateries nearby. The staff don't speak English, so do bring along an electronic English-Chinese dictionary if you're an English speaker.

Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, our experience was marred by an incredibly stained and spotted carpet, a potentially dangerous doorstop in the bathroom that we kept stubbing our toes on, and a very uncomfortable, fixed room temperature (too warm for October), which required a couple of maintenance staff to open a window to let in air. Otherwise, […] it was within easy walking distance up the road, past a park, to department stores (including a classy, yet affordable Japanese Isetan department store). We had a remarkably tasty meal - 5 dishes plus 2 drinks for an unbelievable 6.50 dollars Australian in the basement of the Hipermarket (sic), one block before the Isetan. ビジネスで1泊づつ計2度利用しました。オープンしてからそれほど経っていないこともありますが、まずはきれいで清潔です。これはとても重要なポイントです。部屋の装備は、スタンダードルームに泊まりましたが、セミダブルサイズのベッド、ビジネス用デスクに読書ライト、ソファーもありまた十分に広い（一人では広すぎる..笑）スペースがありますので、圧迫感もなく快適に過ごせます。しいて言えば、冷蔵庫が付いていると夏も快適と思います。繁華街に近い立地ですが、古い街並みに建てられていることもあるのか、夜も思った以上に静かです。朝食も価格相応で特に問題は感じませんでした。また利用したいです。

全体的にきれいでそこそこ広くていいホテルでした。地下鉄の駅も真下で繁華街（営口路）まで歩いて5分ぐらいで日本食も多く満足でした。不便な点はシャワーの水量が低い点とタクシーの拾いにくさそれと日本円の両替が出来ない（となりは銀行ですが換金してくれる日としてくれない日があります）点です。

Location at hotel closed to MRT station, room was tidy and clean but hotel did not have exchange service it was very inconvenience for foreigner. Also service quality at reception was not really good, no smile and impolite attitude also they did double charge to me…no explained no apologized. I will stay other hotel next visit to Tianjin.

写真が綺麗だった点、ホリディインチェーンの点、価格の点から２泊泊まりましたが、 「安かろう＝悪かろう」でガッカリしました。 場所は地下鉄駅の真上で便利、ホテルのロビーや部屋もそれなりに綺麗でしたが、 まずフロントが常に１人で、英語が分かりづらい、タクシーを呼んでくれない、事前決済なのに 請求しようとする（デポジットではありません）等とにかくサービスが悪かったです。 また、部屋に続く廊下は壁紙は思いっきり剥がれ、天井からは雨も降っていないのにあちこちで 水漏れ（床がビショビショになるくらい）、ゆえに床も天井もカビだらけ、部屋のドアは建付けが悪く、 かなり本気で力を入れないと開閉できません。 それから、このホテルだけではないと思いますが、シャワーの水がとても土臭かったです。 あと、現地に慣れてい […] ない方は北京空港から天津への直通バスは止めたほうがいいです。 バスターミナルではなく、変な路地の空き地が終着点で着いた途端にガラの悪い白タクに囲まれます。 Read more

天津中心エリアの浜江道に近く、交通も便利（ホテルすぐそばに地下鉄駅・バス停あり）な場所にあり、使いやすかった。 シティホテルとしては充分な設備・サービスだと思う。豪華な雰囲気は無いけど、ビジネスホテルよりもワンランク上のイメージで、ゆっくり滞在できた。
