El hotel está muy bien el único pero son los ventiladores de las habitaciones que son antiguos y no funcionan bien y por la noche hace mucho calor y no refrigueran la habitación, el resto muy bien

This was our second stay at a Riu hotel, and this time we were impressed as much as during our first stay. The staff was really nice and helpful. When we arrived, we first got a room that looked out onto the road and was a bit loud, so we asked whether there was anything quieter available. Even though it was high season, they found a great room for […] us, really quiet and with a great view of the mountains. Our room was very clean, and the cleaning lady always came when we were at the beach or having lunch, so we never had to wait for her to finish cleaning, which happens often at other hotels I’ve been to. The complex is really pretty with lots of palm trees, beautiful bushes, flowers, and, of course, olive trees everywhere. The beach is close, and you don’t have to walk over rocks to get there (people living in some of the other hotels near Riu had to, didn’t look really exciting in the scorching sun). Food was great – lots of variety for each meal, I’m pretty picky about what I eat, and even I was satisfied. The only downside is that the hotel is located far from Palma, and there is not bus stop near the hotel. Read more

Hemos ido una pareja con un niño y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Para los niños esta perfecto,muchos espacios verdes llenos de hamacas,la piscina muy bien y lo mejor la playa q esta en el mismo hotel. Nos ha resultado todo muy comodo.El personal encantador,muy atentos, el bufet bastante variado,te dan a elegir horario para entrar a cenar a las 7 […] o a las 9 manteniendolo para todos los dias. lTiene 15 animadores y hay juegos durante gran parte del dia si quieres participar y por la noche actuacioes,la verdad q se lo curran mucho. Yo iba a un todo incluido, para no moverme del hotel. La isla ya la conocia. Para realizar esto este hotel es perfecto, la playa esta en el hotel, y la la piscina cerca de la playa.La cala del hotel es una de las buenas calas de mallorca, es decir, las hay mejores pero tambien mucho peores. Volveria.

Un hotel con instalaciones 3 *, pero con personal y comida de 4*. Un TI bastante completo y bien organizado. La animacion y los espectaculos muy buenos. Un hotel para volver a repetir, bien situado, tranquilidad y buena playa.
